Terrible service the lady was very disrespectful since we first walked in. Despite that I still tried to be friendly and even when she was approached nicely she had a very negative vibe like as if she didn’t want to serve. She was suppose to make a beets cucumber carrot drink and instead she made spinach kale cucumber and strawberry. I kindly asked her just to confirm which drink it was that she made and as I was correct it wasn’t the one we asked for. She took the cup and flung it into the garbage with an attitude only to then recreate another drink that was still COMPLETELY wrong. She still didn’t add carrots the drink was supposed to be ORANGE it went from GREEN to RED. I will not recommend this place to ANYONE! Terrible service FIRE EVERYBODY AND START THE HIRING PROCESS OVER!!!!! Not to mention THE FRIES ARE BURNT and UNSEASONED and the salmon sandwhich was DRY. The audacity mannnnnnnn NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I used to visit this location years ago, the service was horrible. The customer service was terrible and decided to give it another try last month, unfortunately, it was a horrible experience.
I ordered a smoothie and discovered plastic pieces inside. At first, I thought it was mango pulp, my throat started to hurt, I pulled out a larger piece of plastic. By then, I had already consumed some of it. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but instead of an apology from Savanna who answered said, “I didn’t do the smoothie.” When I asked for the manager, she told me his name is Ermundo, he wasn’t there. I told her I would come back the following day, but I couldn’t make it.
A few days later, I noticed they issued me a full refund for my order. Still, the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional. The non-vegan foods that were posted on the menu weren’t available, and the staff seemed bothered by questions.
Out of all the Fuels I’ve visited, this one has the worst customer service. Very disappointing experience, I won’t be returning.

There aren’t many restaurants where customers don’t have access to a restroom. It’s not very sanitary, if you ask me. It’s a shame.. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time to support the business, but for some reason, Fuel doesn’t seem to care much about its customers.

They do make very good smoothies, I was a steady and consistent customer after my daily gym visits. However that will no longer be the case. They advertise that they close at 10pm. I walked inside the establishment to order a smoothie at 9:40 and was told they close at 930 and refused the order despite everything appearing to be open including the ordering system. Very disappointed.

This used to be my favorite drink, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I appreciate when places maintain the standards they started with because that’s what customers expect every time they visit.
One major letdown is how they market their drinks as natural and fresh, yet they use boxed juice to prepare them. If that’s the case, it should be clearly stated on the menu instead of selling an idea that doesn’t match reality. They have great potential, but it feels like they aren’t working to improve.
On top of that, the service could be friendlier. I hope they take these concerns seriously because I know they can do better.
Disgusting and dirty place! I would love nothing more than to see this place gone. My dog could make better food than this place. Had the unfortunate displeasure of bumping into this place after the gym. Ordered a bison wrap that had no bison, old rice and old beans. The wrap wasn’t even wrapped!!!! I ended up throwing the whole wrap away after the first bite it was so disgusting! Not to mention EXPENSIVE for garbage food. The girl in the front counter didn’t know anything about the food although she was sweet. Saving grace was the smoothie but other than that avoid at ALL COSTS!!!!

I was really upset after coming here for so many years a new employee wants to tell me they close at 9:30 pm when I have been getting my orders taken even sometimes at 9:50pm 10 min before closing just lost a customer

Avoid. This container of beans in liquid should not be considered a soup. I thought I was getting vegetarian bean soup (meaning, beans with other vegetables in broth). Instead I got this with a half a slice of stale pita for $7.50.
