I really want to like this place. Keep ordering from them but I think I’m finally done trying to like them. Lately they can’t get one order right. Ordered no carb wraps and they gave me a regular pita. Another time ordered no carb wrap and they gave me a regular wrap. Ordered sweet potato fries and they gave me spicy fries. Asked for avocado on a wrap and they forgot. Asked for no cheese and they gave me cheese. This was not just one order. This was multiple orders I placed over time. Other times ordered salads and they forgot the dressings. Told me to come and get the dressings even though I ordered delivery. They are just a mess. I can’t anymore.

Goat cheese and avocado salad was great, although some of the romaine lettuce pieces were a bit wilted. The goat cheese crumbles really created some excitement in my mouth and brought this salad to life. I had to wash it down with the Youth Shake, a combination of peaches, pineapples, aloe Vera, orange juice, vanilla whey protein and the non fat Greek yogurt. The shake also contained wheat bran but the orange juice stops out the most. The service was also patient and attentive. I cleaned my bowl and left satisfied.

Total scam! What you get totally differs from what is pictured on the menu. Half of the stuff missing from the sandwich and they still don't want to refund money. Happened handful times.

I was trying to ask someone at the restaurant about it but they were nowhere to be found when I was in there and they were in the back. This place has a big issue with their workers taking orders on the phone. The lack of empathy towards an error is concerning. I placed an order for a Beyond Burger with fries for my friend. She has been a vegetarian for well over 10 years. I understand if there’s confusions around cheese and condiments because things happened. Instead, she was given a BEEF burger not a BEYOND burger as stated. The craziest part is we agreed to pay $21 for this meal assuming that food here is handled with “care” and the importance of different dietary preferences for people. When I went back to the restaurant I spoke with the worker and without acknowledging the error he proceeded to take the box to change it. I had to stop him and ask for a refund because I don’t have much faith in how food is prepared at this establishment. I’d be afraid to eat here if you were to have any sort of food allergies.

Ive been eating here for years. The food is good the problem is the workers. Lately it is getting out of control. They messed my order up more than usual and do not know how to manage time and when it gets busy. We waited to eat for 50mins and a piece of hair was in my food today….This was the icing on the cake and i had to write a review. They need new workers who are going to understand and not mess up the order. And when you call up sometimes u have to keep calling. Its so ridiculous bc its a good spot but they need to choose and hire better people because its declining.
Great place I recommend instead of Fort Hamilton Diner, which is one minute away. This is a great place for a light snack or lunch, delicious lentil soup of excellent quality. Raul was very kind

Been ordering delivery for years and now all of a sudden it's too far...Ordered from here 2-3 times a week. Manager tells me order from energy fuel which is completely different. You just lost a well paying customer.

Ordered a bison burger. Came with raw fries and meat was bad even the bun. Asked to kitchen chef to re-do it, came the same way as before. Terrible service. Not a good way to treat the customers!!!
