I got passport photos from here for a US visa renewal. The images were rejected by the .gov portal (despite uploading digital copy). Due to shadowing on the face.
He refused to help out with a retake, it’d literally take 2 mins and cost him nothing but he Insisted I’d have to pay again. Disappointing customer service.
I would recommend Exposure Therapy on Nostrand avenue as an alternative. They have better equipment and the service was great there.
I was stuck in the rain and found enRoys to hide out until it stopped. The cashier was so sweet, he recommended a spiced chai (it was to die for) and he even gave me an umbrella! Great drink, great service, great vibes.
