I got passport photos from here for a US visa renewal. The images were rejected by the .gov portal (despite uploading digital copy). Due to shadowing on the face.
He refused to help out with a retake, it’d literally take 2 mins and cost him nothing but he Insisted I’d have to pay again. Disappointing customer service.
I would recommend Exposure Therapy on Nostrand avenue as an alternative. They have better equipment and the service was great there.

I was stuck in the rain and found enRoys to hide out until it stopped. The cashier was so sweet, he recommended a spiced chai (it was to die for) and he even gave me an umbrella! Great drink, great service, great vibes.

Great store that is warm, welcoming and offers some of the best coffee and smoothies among other food such as sandwiches etc. All with a health conscious focus. In addition he offers mailboxes, passport photos, Identification verification, Notary and more! Plus he offers professional drone service! Incredible! The owner is so friendly and is a one man Dynamo!Highly recommend to just stop in and say hello to this young man. I am sure there is something he can offer you. :-). He is inspirong.
