I was very happy with the cake for my son’s 4th birthday! The design came out exactly as I wanted — the attention to detail was perfect. The cake itself was light, fluffy, and not too sweet, which I really appreciated since I don’t usually like sweets, but I truly enjoyed this one.
The delivery was seamless, and the baker was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions while I was figuring out the design and how much to order. The Rice Krispies and cake pops were also spot on — not overly sweet or loaded with fondant, which made everything feel balanced and perfect for kids.
On top of all that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and care that went into everything. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great taste, creativity, and thoughtful service!

l ordered a custom cake from this bakery, and it arrived in completely unacceptable condition. The cake was not stable, collapsed in the front and had slid off the board before it even made it to the event -- clearly due to poor packaging and lack of support underneath. I transported it carefully, yet they refused to take any responsibility and blamed me instead. What's worse is their customer service. When I reached out, they were dismissive and unapologetic, offering no solution, refund, or even basic accountability. I spent good money on this cake for a special occasion, and they completely let me down. I would strongly caution anyone from ordering here, especially for events where presentation matters. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them is what sets them apart - and this bakery failed on both fronts.

They did an incredible job for my son’s birthday cake. Not only did the cake look great, it also tasted delicious!! Their attention to detail was terrific as they added beautiful little ice cream cones, donuts, and macarons made of cake and covered with fondant. We’ll be back for next year’s birthday cake!!

This women is money hungry she will take the order just make anything she used to have really good service I always ordered from her but not anymore she messed up the cake so bad she just wants to grab the money and make anything all my relatives used to get the cake from her but not anymore the balloon on the cake was so flimsy the ladder with the teddy bears did not align well and very crooked I am so disappointed !!!! It’s time to switch to a different BAKER !!!!

One of the best custom cake shops around. I've gotten birthday cakes, celebration cakes, and wedding cakes here. The decorations for the cake are amazing, but the taste and flavors are top notch. I'm a sucker for their mango cakes, but recently got into their crepe cakes which don't disappoint. And for the size and taste, their prices are really reasonable. If you need a custom cake for a special occasion, I suggest E's Cake Shop.

I have been ordering cakes from E's for a few years. Recently, I have found that it's a very pretty cake, but the taste is on the blander side. Not sure if they are getting busy with orders, but for the price, the taste is not there.

We had E’s Bakery make a dinosaur-themed cake for our son’s 3rd birthday, and it was a huge hit! The cake was a delicious vanilla flavor with mango cream and fresh mango. The design was exactly what we wanted, and the taste was amazing—everyone at the party loved it. The staff was super friendly and responsive. We’ve ordered multiple cakes from E’s and they never failed to disappoint.

Heard good things about this place so I decided to order a cake for a baby shower. The ordering process was easy. My husband went to pick up the cake and the design itself was what I asked for but what I had an issue with was the writing on the cake. It was done very sloppy and off-centered. When my husband pointed it out to the lady, she had a defensive attitude. She said she should’ve confirmed the font with me when I placed the order but this is what it is. The font isn’t the issue here, it’s the sloppiness and lack of accountability. She’s like well maybe you can write better than I can. Was I supposed to laugh? Be flattered? Not once did she apologize or acknowledge the sloppy work. She did not offer any resolutions either. She could have taken it back and tried to rewrite it nicer or at least center it properly. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I hope the cake taste better than it looks.
