Such a cute cake! My best friend had customized this cake for her baby shower and it came out so cute! It was a sponge cake with strawberry filling inside. To our surprise the cake was not overly sweet and it was pretty good.

Clean establishment, fresh fluffy cakes, great customer service (so far) and a seamless ordering experience as you can do it in person, online, over the phone, or WeChat. Responses are usually in a timely manner (same day). If you're looking for a regular cake or personalized cake then this is the place! With so many designs to choose from, theres bound to be a design suited for your occasion/person and if not, they can create it! If you're worried about your dream cake coming out looking nothing like your photo, don't worry as they are very skilled at replicating pictures and executing designs. Do keep in mind that the personalized cakes are a bit pricier and theres tax on it.

I have been a repeat customer many times at E’s, with good experiences but the last two times I have been here the customer service working at the front has gone downhill. They have hired young workers who aren’t fit for customer service roles.In one instance I went to pick up a custom cake, the skinny asian guy asked for an order number. I didn’t have it, as historically I was able to pick up a cake many times with just a name and phone number. He gave me and attitude and sucked his teeth and then went to the back to get the cake. He handed me the cake and the young girl with glasses at the register was just standing there on her phone while I was in front of her waiting to pay. After a while, I asked her if I can check out and she silently gets off her phone and takes my payment. It felt as if I was burdening her by wanting to pay for the cake.A few weeks later, I arrived to pick up another custom cake I ordered in advance. The same pair was working at the front. The girl was on her ipad and the guy was on his phone. I asked for the cake and the guy goes to the back to get it. After a while, he comes out and just tells me in a monotone voice that they forgot to make the cake and to come back later to pick it up, as if it was my fault I came at the wrong time. I checked the message history and there was a clear pickup time. I asked why the cake isn’t ready and again he just tells me that they will start making it and just come back later in an unwelcoming way with no apology whatsoever.Overall would not return if I am just gonna be met with workers who treat customers as if they’re a burden.

Terrible customer service from the two young workers in the front. An asian guy and an asian girl with glasses who is always either on her phone or ipad the last few times I was here. Had to stand in the front of the register and wait for her to finish playing games on her phone and remind her that I need to check out. Both were behaving like I was bothering them by wanting to pick up and pay for items I ordered.

Chestnut cake. I ordered it just about 24 hours in advance and it was just perfect. Not overly sweet like some places you would get cakes from. The design was simple but elegant. Very cute macron designs -$3.50 each which was reasonable. Highly recommended for good customer service as well.

Very knowledgeable and great at suggestion.For me this wasn’t a big deal since I’m not a sweets person: but if you’re guest really love sweet cakes then maybe this isn’t for them. It’s very bland in flavor. Not your typical sweet cake. More of a traditional Chinese sponge cake. Light on sweetness. Overall on appearance, and service , 10/10.

The owner is very approachable and knowledgeable of custom cakes. I ordered 2 custom cakes for a 1 year old birthday party. Cakes provided as described and on time. The owner took the extra step of packaging them to survive my 30min drive from their bakery. Definitely recommend them for custom cakes and standard Chinese style cakes.
