This is the most delicious Ecuadorian food in New York! The attention is 10/10. Plates are big. Nice and cozy place now. They have a new spot near the old restaurant. I'm very happy to eat here because I feel that I eat real food . 100% recommended!

Waitress is VERY rude. Charged me $54 for a dish called Caldo De Salchicha and I got this slop with no sausage. Quality has gone down

First of all the place is dirty and the is no social Distancing. Second the attention that me and my family got is horrible the waiter didn't greet us nor sit us in a table she just stare at us and we kinda just took the table our selfs. Then I asked about the fanesca a traditional Ecuadorian plate during Easter time the plate was $18.50 witch it was not on the menu and it was salty and watery and not pleasing at all. My food wasn't great and the prices of the food it's not what the menu says. I paid $100 dollars on 3 soups that were salty and 2 plates of steak and rice with beans that it wasn't worth it at all. When I said something for the price the waiter told me it is what it is. And that they charge for the packaging witch no one told us. Horrible experience spoke with the owner and she said that I this point in life she is not gonna retrained someone who has been there for years. I'm never going back there. Waste of money and time. Worst place ever.

The only place I have ever had seafood soup. I love it! The food is AMAZING, but you can see that from the wait time when you go to the place, even before COVID dine-in restrictions, it is worth it.The staff could and should be more organized and polite honestly, but being that there was 1 waitress legit doing it all and one guy behind a counter just sitting, not helping her at all, plus the kitchen staff (you never get to see them) so I understand her being overwhelmed.

Worst place to eat not only did they get my order wrong but they forced me to pay for order that isn’t even close to what I said and claim that they don’t cook that yet it’s in their menu how are you going to say that? Don’t go full of liers

I like the encocado de corvina. Very fresh. However, i tried encebollado. They should not use tuna. For a good encebollado the ideal fish albacora o picudo.I tried guatita is delicious
Food is delicious, 5 stars to food.. the place can use a clean up. Otherwise this place would be 5 stars
