Loved the bagels here!!!! First time visiting NYC and my brother took me here, let me just say best thing ever! The bagels are so fluffy and soft with so much flavor & their orange juice taste sooo fresh I will diffidently be coming back 😊

try other branch on w 32nd st. almost no cream cheese in signature favorite. not worthy of $17 at all. fully understood why this specific branch has that low grade.

There are so many amazing bagel places in Brooklyn… and this one really isn’t. Staff is insanely rude, menu is bad, quality is poor. I’d suggest avoiding

Unfriendly. Long wait. Overpriced.
For real. An everything bagel with cream cheese plus 18% was $9.40. Insanity. I wouldn’t pay it so I got the everything with butter only plus 18% tip for $7. Dammit. What is the world coming to ?

Cashier was rude and they got my order wrong. Way overpriced, head to any other semi respectable bagel shop in brooklyn before you come here. Also you can tell no care is put into preparing the fillings.

Selling bottled orange juice in a plastic cup as fresh and overpriced.
The bagel was good but as I was eating I chewed and felt something different it was a piece of porcelain from a plate in my bagel. Needless to say I got a free bagel but still this could have cut someone badly and hurt them. Please do better

By far the worst Bagel 🥯 (Tuna) I‘ve ever had. Expensive, dry and tasteless. Never again !

Bang average dry bagel. Sausage was an overcooked patty, coffee was weak and average.
Cost me $90 for 4 bagels and 5 coffees. Expensive and average

Great hidden Brooklyn bagel shop. The cream cheese and bagel were amazing. Would go back. Black and white cookie were also great.

Worst bagel I have had in decade plus of living in NYC. Asked for tuna inside, they threw in scraps. Bagel itself was clearly frozen and thawed multiple times. Terrible texture. Service was very poor. Will never go again

Cool place, basic but expensive food. Bagel was stale and meat weighed about 15 g (basically none)

I don't get the bad reviews at all? The Brooklyn location is the best one of them all! The Manhattan locations got nothing on this. I'm giving this place 5 stars even though I have beef with the Ess-A-Bagel instagram guy...thats shows you how much I like this Brooklyn location.

Terrible bagel - they are hard and stale. It’s also $28 for a bagel with lox and a one with cream cheese.
