Staff forced me to pay a 15$ supplement for smoked salmon they forgot to add in my former order… unacceptable!!

Cheap rubbish bagels, powdered eggs, over priced, watered down orange juice, don’t accept cash either

My first time eating bagels and I wasn’t sure what I want, so I’m very grateful with the cashier (Katherine) for the service and for all the help with my order.
The food was so good 👌🏾 pretty sure that I’ll be back.

Bagel was tasty and service was quick. A bit expensive compared to other bagel places, but you pay the price of the location I suppose. The BLTA toasted was great and fuelled me for the day.

We ordered the lox bagel, a bit overpriced but generously filled and it did taste good.

Think of this as an Ess-a airport location…higher prices for worse quality. $15 for a bagel from last week topped with an egg patty and barely cooked bacon. Also the delivery arrived an hour late. I adore Ess-a-Bagel, but this place besmirches their good name.

Ordered a jalapeno cream cheese bagel, my number was 15 I didn't get given a ticket. Asked for it toasted. When my number (15) was called by the man, I collected it and sat down to discover it wasn't what I ordered. When I brought it back to the counter, the girl rolled her eyes when asking me for my ticket which I wasn't given by the til lady (Katherine P). The man asked me for my ticket again but I had none. The girl to whom I explained that the bagel wasn't mine was so so rude saying "now I call you" with such sarcasm when I did get the correct bagel. Worst place for bagel in NYC, can't accept when they mess up so it's the customer's fault and they make it such an unpleasant experience when it doesn't have to be. And to top it, my bagel then wasn't toasted and I wasn't going to ask for it to be toasted again after the ordeal I had already experienced. Can see why it has such low ratings, awful staff not going any favours for the business.

We went to Ess-a-Bagel at Time Out Market and thought it was delicious. You could order using a QR code that was at the table. The food was then brought to the table here.
