The staff was nice and efficient! I didn’t think the quality of the bagel was worth the price tho :(

Didn't think it was worth waiting an hour for a bagel...Turns out they forgot to make my order. By the time I realized it, they had already served several people who ordered after me. The bagel itself was alright I guess. I got the bagel & lox, but definitely not something to wait an hour for. The price was also not the cheapest. The time out market itself is really cool though, and would definitely recommend trying out the area.

50 min wait for a bagel, say no more. Much better options in the Timeout

It is one of the many stores located in the Time Out Market in Dumbo, between the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge. This particular place is located on the ground floor of the market and has very good quality coffee. The bagels were nice, but not the best we've had in New York.

I ordered a everything bagel toasted with butter and i got a half toasted bagel drenched in butter but it was pretty good service. It isn't something that I will crave, but it is something that I would recommend if you want a normal bagel.

The food was very expensive and I visited on a weekday when there were not many customers, but it took too long to order.※There are not many types of cream cheese.

Literally the slowest service ever. The wait time for a damn bagel with cc was 45 mins. The cashier was also the barista. I’m not sure if I will be returning anytime soon. As for the bagel I enjoyed it. It was crispy on the outside & chewy and dense on the inside. It was fresh too. However, I don’t think the bagels are freshly made on the premises as I saw an employee bring out bagged bagels and pop them in a bread warmer. 4 stars for the bagel but 1 star for the customer service.

Even though I went at 5pm, it was still open! The reviews aren't good, but other than the lack of cream cheese, there doesn't seem to be any major problems.Recommended as a light meal replacement!

Ess-a-Bagel Wanted to check out Brooklyn and their Time-Out Market today. Haven't had a bagel during my stay in NY yet so I gave this place a try. I got their Signature Favorite: Nova Lox, Scallion Cream Cheese, Crispy Bacon, Avocado, Red Onion, Capers, Lettuce and Tomato (17.95). It was okay, wasn't anything special in particular. I was a bit disappointed, hoping the bagel would've taste more fresh. This market place was probably not the best place to look for an authentic bagel experience

Bagels were very good and filling too. Preparation went very quickly. Staff friendly. But unfortunately the Time Out Market is very crowded and therefore very crowded - very few seats.

We went to TimeOut Market and thought this was the perfect time to have an NY bagel since I had not had one on my trip. I've heard Ess-a-Bagel is good and I was impressed. I got their lox bagel and a coffee which all came out to around $24 which is a lot for a bagel but also bet that is how much they usually are. Overall I enjoyed the bagel and it was hefty. The coffee was just okay. I heard that Ess-a-bagel usually has long lines but this location didn't which was great!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Every time Ive gone here the service is horrible. Forgetting order, not putting in order for an item, putting it in wrong. And i am usually the only one in line..ordering a bagel maybe a coffee/water. The last time I went they automatically added $2.55 tip to my bagel order!! I told her they added it automatically and she said “I didnt touch anything”. Didnt try to fix it or anything. Worst of all the bagels are mediocre. So if you want horrible service, mediocre bagel, and a great view of the Brooklyn Bridge come here.

Located inside the food court, the atmosphere was a bit chaotic, but there weren't many people, so I was able to order leisurely. The bagel itself is delicious without any fuss.
