I recently had an appalling experience at this restaurant. I ordered a beef shawarma directly from the cashier, who identified himself as “Shmuel”. After an unusually long wait, I was handed a chicken thigh pita instead. When I approached “Shmuel” to address the mistake, he dismissively told me to wait while he served other customers. After 20 minutes of being ignored, I sought assistance from another staff member, who introduced himself as “Kobi”. Instead of helping, he blamed me for not checking the menu, even though I had clearly ordered beef. Both “Shmuel” and “Kobi” were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Their hostile demeanor made the situation even more distressing. If the chicken had been palatable, I might have considered eating it, but it was unappetizing. I urge the owner to contact me directly to discuss this unacceptable experience. No customer should endure such treatment. If you value respectful service and quality food, I recommend avoiding this establishment. I will update this as to what the owner decided to do to proceed with this situation.

This restaurant has dramatically changed there was a person in an unbearable yellow hat who made the welcome and the atmosphere unbearable
Since then it's even the food that has changed with a very small portion of fries not cooked
Otherwise the whole street will be distracted by the loud music
There was always courteous service, until the new employee arrived. In the current situation, the service and courtesy are on the floor. As far as the food is concerned, it looks the same as before the new employee (it's a real shame, I used to really enjoy coming to eat here)
