Ordered a BLT with avocado. Saw the cook thoroughly check the avocados to see if they were ripe. Rather than giving me an unripe avocado he let me know that they weren’t ready. Was apologetic and nice. I really appreciated it as some places would just use it anyways since there’s a generally good markup on avocados these days. And the BLT was delicious. Cashier was polite as well.
