The interior is cute! No outside drink allowed (no problem with that just informing). Was served tea when we sat down. Menu is cute. I really want to try the yogurt, maybe next time!Got the pepper beef & creamy bacon spaghetti and crabmeat egg sandwich. The spaghetti was sort of cold when we got it I’m not expecting steamy hot you know, but it was barely warm. Food was alright.

This place is really chill, with a cozy café-style vibe. We had an early dinner and ended up staying a bit longer to get some work done. The signature icy taro ball is so good as usual. I usually get it to go, but it’s definitely better enjoyed there. The wheat noodles also come in a great portion. Overall, a great spot to eat and relax.

FaFa Room is a cute little Asian-fusion cafe with heartwarming and welcoming interior decor. The seating is quite spacious and is perfect for couples or small groups of 4 or less to easily sit comfortably. The staff members spoke Mandarin and English, and were friendly and receptive, offering wheat tea or water when you sit down. They also asked if we had any allergies after ordering, which is a nice sensitive touch. The menu itself is very adorable and they have quite a wide range of selections, such as sandwiches, pastas, salads, rice and buckwheat noodle bowls, desserts and drinks. I only ordered the sandwich so I can't say much about anything else.

For the sandwich, it looked aesthetically pleasing and cute. However the filling was a bit on the lower end and disproportionally spread (as evident in the photo), where some bites were more satisfying than others; they can definitely add more filling and spread it out more evenly, which is a very easy fix that I know they're definitely capable of. I also found the dressing to be on the sweeter side which I didn't enjoy too much, but that's just a personal preference.

Overall, FaFa Room has a lot of potential and I am excited to come back to try their many other selections. Although the sandwich was a bit of a letdown, it's a simple fix that I hope they'll take into consideration in improving. Definitely worth giving a shot!

Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

Very interesting menu. Came by for brunch as me and a group of 5 saw there was Spaghetti, sandwiches, noodles, rice and salads. The menu is pretty interesting and it's like a cozy store set up. Food wise, I think it's okay, I think the creamy bacon with mushroom spaghetti with was not mad except for it having too much bacon so it was bit overwhelming. The takoyaki was more crispy which I preferred. The shrimp with scrambled eggs was okay(didn't think it was too special) but I don't know if I would order again. But definitely a star for being different in the area since you don't see much of dessert stores having so more food option. My friend ordered the iced rice because she's like you usually don't see places with milk tea with ice rice. So I do intend to come back in the future to try other dishes and desserts.

The place is so cute and perfect for snapping adorable photos with friends! I’ve visited it with my sister a couple of times, and each time was wonderful. However, my sister didn’t realize she got purple rice instead of white, which unfortunately ruined her appetite. Also, the spaghetti wasn’t quite what I was expecting—the flavor was different from what I’ve had before, but the portion was okay.

Fafa Room – Cozy, Cute, and Full of Flavor!

This place is adorable! The decor is super cute and thoughtfully designed — you can tell every little detail, from the utensils and bowls to the decorations, was carefully chosen. It’s a small space, but that just makes it feel warm and cozy. The whole room is vibrant and perfect for taking photos (definitely feels like it was designed that way on purpose!).

I had the black pepper beef pasta, and it was incredible — flavorful, well-seasoned, and had that black pepper spiciness that sneaks up slowly and gives a perfect little kick without being too spicy. Everything tasted fresh and balanced, and the price was only around $14, which is very reasonable.

I also tried the orange and apple juice, and it tasted so fresh — exactly like something you’d make at home. The food took a little time to come out after ordering, but it wasn’t bad at all and totally worth the wait.

The servers were nice and attentive, and they accept credit cards too.

Overall, Fafa Room is a cozy little gem with great vibes, thoughtful design, and amazing food at a fair price. Highly recommend!

The aesthetic of the place was really nice along with the service of both server and front desk being very patient with us while giving wonderful attitude even though it was during rush hours. The food was great as well, the ice rice was really refreshing. Really recommend if visiting. Would go back again!

Had to review this place because I felt like 4 stars was too low of an aggregate score. I live around the area and saw the place open but never went inside. Now that I have, I can’t get enough. Get the pepper steak beef rice bowl you will NOT REGRET IT. Little pricier than other meals around the area but worth every penny.

The meals come with so many vegetables sometimes I lose count - perfect for a person that is health conscious and want to make sure they are fed nutritiously. Compared to the pieces of lettuce, tiny garden salad, or few pieces of Chinese broccoli you would get with other meals around here, this bowl comes with broccoli AND purple potato AND butternut squash AND cherry tomato AND bok choy AND tofu AND egg AND cucumber AND corn - all generous in portion - and set over purple multigrain rice. This all not to mention the steak - which I must say even if it were by itself would be soooooooo delicious. Cooked to perfection and perfectly soft/tender! Now add all the other vegetables, you truly can’t get a meal like this somewhere else. Worth every penny. Get it with the sesame dressing. Oh so good.

Also the green tea ice rice is fantastic. Honestly the best ice rice on 8th avenue hands down - which is honestly the size of a whole meal itself. Not too sweet perfectly slushed ice and every ingredient just made so right. I usually subsitute the popping boba out because I don’t like their artificial nature and exchange it for pudding. Which I’m so glad they let me do.

10/10 place.

I honestly could not understand the people that claim food is mid, but also maybe they just never ordered what I did.

Take ridiculous time to make their food! Once received the delivery, half of the order is missing! Please note this isn’t the 1st time! Ridiculous
