It's okay, not the greatest or the cleanest. (Some parents wore sneakers in the play area, so it's clearly not enforced by the staff.)There is a seating area for parents, but the parents do not pay attention to their child.

Brought my kids to Fairytale Island for the first time and they had a blast!! The decor was pretty and cute great for a kids parties!! They have a great seating area with picnic style, princess style or just hang out inside of a swinging egg chair. There were private party rooms with a large play area. There were some great hidden areas for the kids to discover. Our kids had an amazing time and had so much fun they didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back soon!! Highly recommended!!

Yesterday, January, 14th, 2024 I celebrated my Goddaughter's birthday party at Fairytale Island I loved it. Everything was great ?. I did all the arrangements with Cathy she was easy going to deal ?.The mother of my Goddaughter, he cousins, and the guests loved it.I highly recommend all those people book your kids party at this place.The staffs worked so well, polites.Neomara
This place is small, super crowded, and unsanitary. They were just letting people in, with no limitations on the amount of family that can come in. Had to leave within 10 minutes because it was too much. What makes matters no refund. I guess I will be talking to my bank. So disappointed.

I hate a business that clearly cares so little for its clients. Second time coming here and it’s no cleaner and more in disrepair. The mat floor comes up in some areas so the kids are tripping constantly. Toys are broken and falling apart, the siding of the playground is coming apart. The worst part for me was the lack of heat. It’s 38 degrees outside and not one heating unit was on. I wish I took photos of them because they were clearly all off. All the parents wore jackets but the floors were still freezing so no jacket can help with that.We’re honestly never coming back. It’s not a pleasant experience.

Had a private party for my sons 4th birthday and the kids had a blast. The space was larger than we expected (we had never visited prior so we went with online photos). Booking and coordinating the party was extremely easy, Cathy was very responsive all hours of the day via text which was super helpful. The cafe area for adults was spacious so parents to relax while the kids played. The staff on the day of the party was on point; the party was stress free for us which was amazing.

The most important thing is the children had fun. It’s a small space but it’s filled up well with memories and many things. It cost $20 per child plus an adult. It was nice and not too dirty. We came on a Sunday and it was super packed. The kids didn’t want to leave. Overall it’s not bad. It’s also close to home so it was great.
