It was one of the best falafel in NYC. The real Israeli delicious falafel. And it's very sad that he has been close down by Tartikov because of a.... Saurkraut! They said that it was "not enough" kusher! Reshoyim!
My wife and I stumbled upon Falafamania while visiting Borough Park. What an incredible find! We had soup, a falafel sandwich, a sabich plate, and some pastries. Let me be perfectly clear - EVERYTHING was fantastic! Homemade soup better than my bubbe could make, soft tasty pita, fresh store made hummus, crunchy tasty veggies (oh my the pickles!), roasted eggplant, and probably the best falafel that I've every had! On top of all that, the owner Moshe is a wonderful and gracious...
I been coming to this place for some time now and the service is amazing while the falafel is fresh and delicious. I really enjoy the personal expireince the owner always treats everyone with a gentle touch and a warm smile.
