We went to celebrate our friends birthday at brunch yesterday. Upon entering we requested for the candles to put on the cake in a circle, person in the front had said she would relay it to the waitress, it didn’t happen because the candles indeed did not come placed in a circle. Our waitress was extremely rude from the beginning, very passive aggressive and not attentive. She was no where to be found to order beverages or food. She did not follow up on us ask if we needed anything or even try to find out whose birthday it was at the table. Food was good but the atmosphere took away from that. When ordering she continued to be irritated with any questions we had. When we asked for the cake she showed attitude and said “can I clean the table first” making it seem like we were asking for too much. We were extremely kind to her but she kept being rude. She even placed the cake in front of me instead of my friend whose birthday it was! This wouldn’t have happened it the staff asked who’s birthday it was. It was a mess. The other staff there were also not giving good vibes, one bumped into me and did not even look back to say sorry. It seemed like they are very particular about their demographic and did not want us there. Would not recommend for big groups at all, they don’t care about occasions and do not pay attention to detail. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Made a reservation for 10 to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, the food here is very expensive so we just wanted to enjoy some well-made cocktails and share some small bites. The staff told us we were not following the restaurant policy because we were not ordering dinner, and that we would have to move to the bar “if the table was needed” and rudely asserted that we “only” ordered 2 pizzas and fries to share. Meanwhile, each person ordered 2-3 drinks so we were racking up a very hefty bill. There were plenty of empty tables and the bar was never overcrowded (quite sad for a Friday evening in Williamsburg!) so this comment felt very rude and unnecessary. It was like they were pressuring us to order dinner which made all of our guests uncomfortable; we collectively agreed we would not come back or recommend this restaurant.

Loved everything - delicious food (ordered Dorado and Branzino), great service (Danilo was very attentive and polite), and great decor! Will come back for sure to explore further!
