My family are huge teriyaki chicken fans, we have tried it just about everywhere . The rice quality is not at all what it should be, smushed clumps of overcooked rice and crunchy hard overcooked chicken ruined my dinner. I understand if it’s busy, or a rush of customers there were about 3 people in the store, not including to go orders I’m sure. Either way, food quality is not up there as I would expect and hope for. Take time to properly cook the food and customers would not mind a little wait time and the prices going up.

My people! Demand better quality food!. For the prices they charge, they could at least have properly cooked rice. The rice is overcooked and soft! And they offer veggies....what veggies. This is a joke.

This is my 2nd time coming to try them out might be my last and I wish I can give them 5 stars but if I order teriyaki chicken and shrimp how come once I get home theres no shrimp? The workers preparing the food need to slow down a little to make sure they’re getting orders right! The food was good but next time I want what I paid for this is unacceptable!
