The food hasn't been good for a few weeks now! I even had to throw out their Black rice because it was too spicy and way too hard! Very disappointed! And it's over priced!

I speak for myself..

Ordered 1/2 chicken which turned out dry and been sitting.. extra sauce which was $2 was 1/3. Too much hype!

Branzino was ok.. altogether disappointing!!

Love everything about this place. It was my first time and my cousin and I love it. When I'm Brooklyn, one must try this place. 😍😍😍

Tried the viral oxtail grilled cheese. Also got the Mac and cheese. I’ll start with the good first: the amount of oxtail meat (not fat) was a pleasant surprise! The portion was more than enough. I barely finished the half. The portion of the Mac and cheese was great as well and it was very cheesy. Now the bad: The food is just mid at best. The flavor on both items was seriously lacking which was such a surprise to me. I really wanted to love the oxtail but it was blah. I was expecting the rich flavor of Carribbean oxtail on toast and it just was not that at all. I needed salt which says a lot. Likewise, and Mac and cheese, although a large portion, was missing flavor; didn’t even finish ⅓ of it.
These two items plus a lemonade was $42 plus tip. Would not try again

I ordered fish, mac & string beans. 1st the mac and string beans where cold, the mac had absolutely no taste whatsoever, the string beans where cold and mussy no well seasoned whatsoever ... the fish was the only thing that was hot and crunchy.... I paid $ 39.00 for 1 hot fish and 2 cold sides. NEVER AGAIN .

I like the food but I don't eat spicy food and I think the string beens was spicy. Veggies should not have pepper in them..the corn was also spicy. Customers should choose of they want spicy.

Delicious ORIGINAL West Indian food. High craftsmanship, these are some lucky tourists.

If you crave some very well seasoned, fatty, super slimy feeling meat between way-too-soft “grilled” pieces of bread and cheese, this $21 sandwich (without sides) might scratch that itch you didn’t know you had.

For $21, I kind of felt cheated because the amount of meat isn’t even that much. It’s more fat than anything else, so you’ll feel bloated, but it won’t be satisfying. And I’m sure based on the flavor of the oxtail, that their other food offerings on their own will be good, but the “viral” oxtail grilled cheese is not worth the hype.

The food is great but the cashier and cooks move very slow I waited almost 20 minutes while I’m on my lunch break.

The selection I had was AMAZING. Whole Rotisserie Chicken with the 🥦, Mac & 🧀 along with the 🌽 and 🥥. The chicken was so flavourful and NOT DRY @ ALL! Wasn't expecting the corn to be sweet and spicy, but it was WELL received. Definitely enjoyed the meal.....Thank you!
