How do you sell a cacio e pepe but not know how to make cacio e pepe sauce? It’s just two ingredients at the right temperature. The proof of their incompetence is very visibly in the sauce/photo. Add “al dente” rigatoni to the mix, that’s too al dente, and you got yourself an amazingly messed up meal. I know frat boys who’d cook me better for less using the Kraft parmesan that’s been sitting in their fridge past the expiration date.

The food was average and the service definitely not great.
The staff were not professional. Message to the owner: staff spend more time on their mobile than actually working.

I think isn’t worth going there.

Recently I traveled to Brooklyn with my Uncle and we ate at Felice Pasta Bar. The service was excellent with minimal wait time. Shout out to Chef Jesus! The food was on point! Sitting at the bar watching him make delicious dish after dish was the highlight of the experience. This place is a must eat!!!

If 6 stars were possible, I'd award this eatery the highest points. Food was sensational, served on real ceramic dishes and flatware. The food court location was customized by Felice to be warm, inviting, and cozy. And Chef Jesus was pure artistry in his master work-style in the open kitchen and his final masterpieces of heavenly pasta creations. I recommend this savory and sensory experience without pause or reservation.

I ordered the lasagna. It didn't have much flavor and wasn't hot, but the service was excellent.

I visited Timeout Market in July with my Italian students and ate at Felice Pasta Bar (Dumbo). The pasta was fresh, authentic, and delicious.
When I asked for a little more tomato sauce, the cashier told me I would be charged because my dish “already looked as if it had extra sauce.” I agreed. A chef then brought out garlic bread with marinara sauce, but the cashier instructed him to put the bread away and only give me the sauce. I later saw him and the chef eating the bread instead of wasting it. I was upset because I felt like I paid for something that others ended up enjoying instead of me.
I don’t know the cashier’s name, but he was an African American male. For context, I am also African American.
I wanted to share this feedback because the food was excellent. As a former server that worked at Carrabba's Italian grill I strongly believe the customer service was not acceptable.

Ordered Spaghetti ala Carbonara. Taste salty, the pasta is raw (heard it saying from a woman next to my seat), the cook insists that it's al dente. But it's not the al dente i know. The garlic bread tastes like it just got out from the freezer and re-heat it 30mins ago.

A stop in this time out after our day in financial district and our crossing of the bridge. Good products, a little expensive but it was very good. The servers have a smile and are pleasant. I recommend!

Felice is located inside the Time Out Market in New York, Brooklyn. The pasta is very tasty, but the plate is small and everything is prepared in front of us. The place is very nice. We liked it a lot.

Came to New York for a short vacation with my wife and looking for a place for lunch we bumped into this huge variety of restaurants, hesitant we ordered here for a caprese salad,
Spaghetti carbonara and some bread, we’re in awe for the freshness of the ingredients, the pomodoro was firm and flavorful, the burrata really creamy and abundant, the carbonara sauce was intense and last but not least the bread was fresh and succulent. Happy we found a good chef Cesar who prepared our dishes promptly and super friendly. Happy to recommend.

Ordered from Felix’s tonight for the first time. Got the Fusilli con Salsiccia. Tastes off right away. Started feeling sick within about 20 mins. Just puked my absolute guts out couple hours later.

Absolutely the worst food place I have ever visited. This was my first time at this pasta place. I ordered online and was initially impressed by how the pasta looked.
However, when my friends and I each took a bite of the pasta, it was arguably the most undercooked pasta we’ve ever had. I went up to the cashier and told him the pasta wasn’t cooked thoroughly. He replied that this was how al dente pasta is supposed to taste and said I should never come up to him claiming it’s raw. He even asked me if I knew what al dente means (I didn’t), and then proceeded to ask another customer to explain it to me.
First of all, I don’t need a whole explanation of what al dente pasta is. All I want is a plate of thoroughly cooked pasta. Second, his response made me feel stupid as a customer for not knowing what authentic pasta tastes like. On top of that, he told me I should’ve left a note ahead of time if I wanted my pasta cooked thoroughly. That’s ridiculous—if I had known I needed to specify, of course I would have! Sorry for trying out new places, I guess?
Shoutout to my friend for helping me get the plate I deserved. I read through the reviews and am glad to see I’m not the only one who feels this way.
In conclusion, al dente or not, the pasta was mid—too salty and too much sauce. I couldn’t even finish the plate. Lesson learned.
