I feel like I got scammed by this company which is a shame because their spreads are great. But I had a subscription and from one month to the next I was charged $19 for shipping on a $25 order. Contacted customer support and was told I had to order 3 products for free shipping and that the shipping charge should have only been $10. This month, I added an additional product and was charged $22 shipping for a $46 order. I was told this time that they raised their minimum for free shipping from $40 to $75!! With very little notice and no reminder before my subscription shipped. Terrible customer service and definitely a lack of clarification to their subscription customers.
UPDATE: Company responded a week ago (below) but have yet to have someone reach out to me directly for a refund.

**Been a customer for years but never again!** I ordered a gift for my nephew becasue they said they would add ice packs. I paid for 2 day but they shipped it on a Thurday and it was not delivered till Tuesday. The package got hot enough for the hazlenut spread to ooze out of the lid. Customer service does exist. I got an email from a bot with no followup. I'm going through my Amex to get a refund since they just don't care enough to contact me about this problem.

Multiple attempts to get in touch with this business were not successful. They eventually emailed asking for a review and I emailed back my situation before I wrote this. Pistachio truffles didn’t even taste like pistachio. I only ate the 2 chocolate bars. They weren’t bad, but pistachio truffles were the worst. My first and last time with this company.

If you do not like dark chocolate, DO NOT buy this product you will not like it. I purchased multiple favors (sea salt, ginger, expresso, everything bagel and the spread) and all of them have been a disappointment. I enjoy sweets and was trying to find an alternative to all the refine sugar and seed oils chocolates out there. I really though this was going to be it and decided to try multiple flavors to pick a favorite, however, they are bitter than I anticipated, some of the flavors are not as pronounced as described and the price is high for the amount of chocolate you get. While I can’t talk about the quality of the ingredients, I want to assume they are as good as they claim but even with that, I do not consider this product a good alternative unless you really like dark chocolate. I reached out to their Custome service to share my thought and hope for some refund, they explained that it is food and they can’t accept them back, I totally understand. Also, I know a lot of people are out there trying to scam companies, so I totally get their response. Word of advice, if you are trying these products, don’t get Wow by their marketing, their flavor are bitter due to the concentration of cacao and to me they are not worth the money. Good luck!
