I placed a bulk order. They missed it. I reached out and asked for a postponed delivery. I gave them a date for my return. They missed it again. Both time there's no explanation from their team, I had to initiate. This was NOT during holiday.
What makes things worse is after I received a box of chocolate, every bar is not packaged properly. The foil is NOT glued. The wrapping is NOT glued to the foil either. Every bar is open and exposed to air. The bars are for an event, so they're useless now. I asked for an explanation and for refund. I reached out, the team is silent. It's been more than a week.
Guess I deserve oxidized chocolate, some DIY work and figure it all yourself for the high price I pay.

Like many others have shared below, I will never be making an online purchase from this company due to their horrendous customer service and slow order fulfillment. I placed an order on Sunday Feb 2nd in anticipation that it would ship the coming week (for Valentine's Day the following week, to which I will be out of town), and on Thursday, I reached out to the company due to no shipping confirmation. They assured me that someone would be in touch from their shipping department. I reached out again on Friday and Saturday after getting no follow up, and crickets. Then on Monday of this week (2/10), the order happens to ship UPS ground. I specifically requested expedited shipping due to being out of town this week, and they still have yet to respond. Unreal for a chocolate company selling Valentine's Day treats to be completely unresponsive prior to and leading up to the 14th. This lack of communication has been infuriating. I don't care how small your business is, if you cannot respond to your customers in a timely fashion or fulfill orders in a reasonable time, you shouldn't have an online ordering system.

They basically created a bunch of superfoods that taste great. ? their version of Nutella is just like what my mom used to make at home when I was a kid. I recently moved from Europe and I am so happy to find this place. We don’t even have this level of healthy options back home.

KEEP IN MIND, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE, Received my $40 order today, the jar was not filled up, read the same in other review and their reply to that review was interesting!!!!! The chocolate spread is kind of runny! We love chocolate but did not like the taste of the Hazelnut spread at alllll !! had a very high expectation based on ingredients and reviews but VERY disappointed as the taste is not good, I thought this would be a better choice for my child but HE HATED IT ! Waste of money! My suggestion would be to find a way to try it first before you pay such a high price for it !

Horrible customer service! I purchased a few products tried to contact them for an explanation by email and Instagram regarding one of the products that was totally liquid, finally after 2 weeks they got back to me saying that I called and was asking for a refund which is a LIE !!! I didn’t call or ask for a refund. It seems like I’m not the only customer having issues with them. You could have a good product, but without a good customer service it’s worth nothing.

This is the only chocolate I eat. It's organic, and raw. I shouldn't be eating chocolate, but that doesn't include Fine and Raw chocolate. This is my gift to myself. You really, really should try it.

I’m currently dairy free and was SO excited to discover this product. I tried it and loved it and bought more. However, the second order I received had STONES in the spread. At first I thought it was hazelnut shell but when I took it out of my mouth, it was definitely a small stone. I tried the second jar in the order and same thing - small stones in the spread. I’m the only one that was eating these and I was eating them directly with a spoon so it’s not possible for the jars to have been contaminated on my end. I contacted customer service about this multiple times and no one responded to me. I’m very disappointed in their lack of customer service and quality control as well. I had to throw out the jars, which were not cheap, and will not be ordering again. I can’t trust this company to be safely producing this food and would not recommend them to anyone.
