Very delicious and fresh food. The lunch deals are a great deal and it’s plenty of food. Hearty but not heavy. I would definitely come back. The spinach pie was perfect!
update: I came from out of town and I’m still thinking about this restaurant. The owner was genuinely so kind and this meal was a highlight of our trip <3 He gifted everyone in our group calendars. I added a photo below so you can see!

Our family (a party of 20 people) came here for a celebration of life event for my father following his passing. The owner, Said, was very accommodating in creating an appropriate atmosphere for the situation. The food and service were great; they brought in a specific vodka for us upon our request. We ordered their fixed menu and there was plenty for our party, despite having more people than expected. Overall, we appreciated how flawless the event was and how kind they were.

My wife and I had to go to a wake in the neighborhood and looked on Google Maps for the places to eat nearby that were open a little late afterwards. We settled up on this place.
The food was out of this world fantastic. I ordered the "Magic Combination" for one and my wife ordered the daily special which was a roasted lamb shank.
The appetizers they came with were excellent, we were served Shepard's salad, hummus, babaganoush, falafel, olives and stuffed grape leaves alongside some fresh warm pita bread. We enjoyed the babaganoush so much that we asked for a little container to take some home.
The entree portions were generous and prices were extremely fair. My "magic combination" came with the option to select three of the meats they offer; I had lamb kufta, lamb kabob and chicken kabob. It came on top of a nice serving of fragrantly seasoned rice and with some steamed vegetables. My wife's lamb shank was a think of beauty, the meat was slowly cooked and fell off the giant bone. She also had rice and vegetables.
We asked for an order of baklava to go. The gentleman brought us containers to pack up any leftovers we had. He checked on us regularly, kept our glasses full and was extremely polite and professional.
The price we paid for our meal was absolutely reasonable considering the quantity and quality of food we received and the service was great. I told him as we were leaving "we will definitely be back again the next time we are in the neighborhood" and I really mean it.
I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family, it's a really nice small local restaurant offering excellent food for a fair price. I look forward to going back again. I wish I had taken photos of our dishes but they were so good we began eating them without a second thought.
Parking: The only difficulty is finding parking. It's certainly possible to find street parking but the R train stops literally across the street so it may make more sense to take the subway.

There was only one person working in the front and the man did the best he could to serve everyone and fill up everyone’s water cup, the food was amazing and the prices are 🙏👌 for the portions that you do get.

I love the Fort Hamilton area. Mom, who is wheelchair bound, and I came across this gem. (If the doors were not opened, and a chalkboard, street menu outside, we would have passed by it.) We ordered spinach pie, cous cous w/chicken which came with salad and pita bread (the good kind!) Dessert was warm baklava. Delish! The food is made fresh, so you have time to relax an chat. I came back a week later for lunch. I ordered the Thursday special which was spinach pie, falafel, baba gahanuj, hummus, tahini sauce, salad and warm pita. Fabulous! Topped with honey cake. This has become my favorite place.
