Don’t bother coming here. Didn’t even try the food yet but I asked for an extra fork because I was sharing food with somebody. The worker at the register refused to give me an extra fork. I don’t understand why management would tell their workers not to give extra forks if a customer asks for one.
I understand prices and costs are getting higher but giving an extra fork won’t kill your business.
You guys have to figure it out if you want customers to return.

First time ever in the restaurant, place order for food, cashier was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. I end up just ordering food for my dad and canceling my order. I ask for jerk chicken only, she stated she had no cup to put the sauce in, she I said can you place it in the foil. She said no, I ask for the total, her reply was cash or charge, it depend if I had enough cash to cover it or not I will use my card. I would have walked out all together if my dad didn’t need the food for our travel. Never again. Her customer service is lacking. ATTITUDE

I was going to give 1 star but I'm giving 2 stars because of what the food used to be like. I purchased a large stew chicken from this place and it was horrible, the chicken had no flavor and the sauce was a ketchup oiled base sauce with no substance, normally I don't post negative about black owned business but I had to toss my food out so someone had to pay. I hope the owner sees this and step their game up.

I am never coming back to this restaurant , wish there was an option for zero stars.
1) The cashier was rude & aggressive. If you’re providing a service, greet your customers properly. Address their concerns instead of rushing them out of the restaurant & yelling “next” .
2) The fish was so tiny - 3 tiny pieces of fish for $15. When I tried to request a different size , I was ignored.
3) The restaurant was hot & smelled terrible.
4) Ate the fish & it was dry & tasteless. Lesson learned.
The least you could do is respect your customers

The chicken literally STINKS . Smells like ear wax or a stinky dirty pad I’m disgusted. They FELL OFF

Just had curry goat, white rice with steamed cabbage and fried chicken on the side….the only thing that tasted good was the rice.Fried chicken tasted stale; had coloring on it.

To tell you the truth my jerk lady was out of town that's how I went there, but the chicken was so dry and burned, maybe they should try doing jerk pork cause the chicken isn't cutting it the lady was very nice I went for chicken so I can only rate the chicken

They usually say when the Jamaicans are rude, the food good, but this statement doesn't apply to this restaurant today or no day. I nearly walked out of the store when I encountered the rude cashier, and Ishould have. Likkle brownskin girl with the glasses! Nobody force you to work! Quit or deal with the job properly until you find better. The lady told you repeatedly she want a small, and when she ask you a question, you just look at her rude as you were giving her your change. When the customers talking to you, you ignore them. When calling a customer for her food, you just say here you go and stand there as if anybody know who you talking to. If she never turnaround, and ask, she wouldn't have know. You have to do better!! Customers don't pay to be mistreated, Especially your own Caribbean people.Furthermore stop serving dem dry up plantain . Switch them out our make a fresh batch. It's unfair to pay so much for food, to be served dry up burnt plaintain.Other than that the food alright.

Thr good food is why people buy the food here! Try the jerk chicken, oxtail stew and soup!!! You'll love the cabbage and festival too! Mostly it's take out.. not many seats but the food is great!

I go every thursday night. The food is delicious. The staff are all very polite, so I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences here and the food is well worth the visit. Give them a try.
