I stopped by Five Guys today and ordered a little cheeseburger with a side of little fries. After getting about halfway through my burger, I noticed a hint of pinkness in the patty. When I took the burger apart to inspect it more closely, I realized the patty was undercooked and raw in the center. I was shocked because Five Guys burgers are usually cooked well-done. I hope I don’t get sick from this, as I don’t usually eat my burgers like this.

Just got my order of 2 cheeseburgers and fries. The guy at the counter assured me they put in kechup but no go. Plus they put everything but the kitchen sink in the burgers. I guess it’s not the worst thing that can happen but the fries are regularly floppy/soggy and not cooked. That’s something they need to work on. Shake Shack next time.

Never come here, not food related but had a scheduled meeting with hiring department, but the crew members discriminated and refused to let me inside, I asked why and told the management but they didn’t seem bothered as if it’s a normal occurrence, horrible service

I’ve been into five guys in Long Beach, Long Island and I thought it was very very good. Your service was very well done and everything was wonderful. I had a good experience there. I had not back because I wound up in rehab so I’m still in rehab so that’s why I haven’t been back but as far as the food and everything goesit waster I highly recommend it Raymond Joseph Zahn

Five Guys in Downtown Detroit. Spacious, good attention. The prices are a little high but the quality is very good. The potatoes are served in a glass but they add a lot more to the bag. They have delicious salty peanuts at the entrance, typical of Five Guys. The only bad thing was that the drinks machine made very discounted soft drinks with a lot of water... they were not good, almost undrinkable. The rest is super good. I recommend!!

I had severe food poisoning from this five guys. The worst food related illness I’ve ever experienced. The food looked fine and properly cooked but there’s clearly something going on here with their hygiene. I’ve never had this problem at any other five guys. The place itself is very lackluster and doesn’t feel like the kind of restaurant you want to sit and eat either.
Dry burger and soggy fries. We came in around 1pm.

An excellent place for one of the best burgers, however the day I visited the 2 metro tech center branch in Brooklyn, it was not the best experience, the cashier staff was annoying and unfriendly when taking the food order
