I don’t know every time I get a burger from this location it just doesn’t taste right. Other five guys locations taste way better.

Marvelous milkshake! The Banana milkshake, creamy rich and buttery smooth. It tasted like Banana Pudding, the southern sweet treat. This was my first visit to Five Guys. I didn't try the food but, if it's even half as good as this milkshake....Boy Oh Boy...!!

Alright check it...I plan on going back to see the manager.. maaaann!!! From the second I walked in two dudes and a chick were working and a dude was leaving and a guy who had two names in his order Ephraim I remember was one. I entered was was welcomed like we all knew other..I had five guys before I believe in Jersey, any ole who.. friendly doesn't work to describe how elated I was when I got home. I mean I was munching da fries before I left the store and not cause I was hungry no. This was for a later munch..but I couldn't help myself it smelled so good. Got home and thought damn I forgot to asked for extra napkins whaaaaaa they're in the bag. I left saying thanks. But nah. I'm going in to thank the owner an manager for hiring such a Kool and the gang staff.. Awesome 😎😎thank you again for a wonderful meal. Now I must come back for the doggies 😁😁

I’ve been a DoorDash driver for almost 6 years with a 5-star rating and have never experienced discrimination—until today. I went in to pick up an order and there was another Dasher there as well. The staff member, a Spanish/light-skinned guy with an attitude, handed the order to the other driver without question. When it was my turn, he told me to “confirm” the order first. I asked why he didn’t ask the other driver to do the same, and his response was, “Oh, because he has a helmet on and you don’t.”
So just because I’m a woman without a helmet, I’m suddenly suspicious or untrustworthy? That logic is offensive and discriminatory. When I called him out on the double standard, he got defensive and said, “Next time I won’t give you the order.” Completely unprofessional.
I was actually considering coming back to eat here personally, but after that negative energy and disrespectful attitude, I absolutely will not. This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced during a pickup. Do better.

Amazing service. The worker in the photo below my comment was very nice and understanding. Today seems hectic for the workers but they seem to handle the assignments. The workers were attentive and made my burger very fast. Awesome service.

Placed an order via delivery and received only half of my order. Nobody answered the store phone (during business hours) as I would have liked to receive the rest of my food or a refund, completely unprofessional. I will stick to Five Guys near Gateway.

The food was good until I woke up this morning throwing up mushrooms now I know I ate a meal after I ate five guys so I’m trying to figure out why mushrooms are coming up. I’m still sick right now as I’m making this. I can’t hold on any food. I can barely hold down liquids. I had to call my childs dad bcuz i cant even watch my 1 yr old
