The food is normally amazing the only bad thing I can really say is the high prices, and some of the staff can be rude and the wait times, but other than that everything else is perfect.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to kids.

Never write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge what I believe was the manager of the shift . My order was taking a little bit of time to get out . The staff manager was kind of enough to give me a free large drink of my choice . Little things like that are not a big deal to some people, but to me it was (guy should have a raise$) will be returning in the future .

I have been to this 5 guys 3 times each time they did not make my order correctly, and their customer service was absolutely terrible, the staff was rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend you go here.
I haven't been to Five Guys for a burger/fries in a very long time but I'm happy we came today. The restaurant was empty because of the monsoon going on outside. S had the Small burger (1 patty) with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, mushrooms & ketchup ....which was delicious and perfectly cooked. J ordered the Bacon burger with lettuce, jalapeños, onions, ketchup, mayo....... he devoured the huge burgerI ordered the Hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo & mustard..... the burger was cooked perfectly & was juicy and scrumptious.We also ordered large Cajun French fries. They initially gave us regular fries but when notified that we had ordered Cajun fries..... they immediately prepared the Cajun fries. NOW, I don't remembers the size portions of the fries being so ENORMOUS .....a large cup of fries PLUS HALF THE BAG FILLED WITH HOT DELICIOUS PERFECTLY SEASONED FRIES. They even offered us the half bag full of regular fries......that was unexpectedI also don't remember Five Guys having a huge box of free peanuts. OMG, I'm from Georgia and LOVE Peanuts. The cashier gave me a paper bag so I could get as much as I wanted. We will definitely be going to every Five Guys restaurant I see from now on. I highly recommend any Five Guys restaurant, the food is delicious and the service was great

Grabbed a burger and fries. Fries were on point, however the burger was wet and dripping, which caused the bread to be soggy. Didn't enjoy the burger that much.
