Solid buffet. A lot of food options. I always leave full. Quite affordable too, particularly for lunch time. Good location, and accessibility-friendly.
There are some food options that are always pretty good, like the chicken & broccoli. A few options make no sense being offered if not made well ? Also, the sushi/stir fry bar doesn’t appear to be very hygienic. They leave raw meat out right next to vegetables, so I do not interact with that food station...

My first time going to Flaming Grill & Buffet:
The location is excellent and it was easy to get to (although I don't feel very safe in that area as I live a bit far away (at least an hour by train).
The food is acceptable, you can't expect anything gourmet "you get that you pay for". But, Their fries are delicious compared to other buffets ? There wasn't much variety (I still filled up very quickly and couldn't taste all the...
