They make it out to be all you can eat lobster, they give you 1 tiny tail and a piece of steak, thinner than wax paper and cooked EXTRA well burnt. I would not recommend, nor would I ever return.

Food was stale and I got charged a lump sum of money for very limited food selections options. The customer service is okay just that the staff likes to watch people eat and harass them every 5 mins about a damn bill. Would not recommend at all.

Really bad food has no flavour some of it has but it’s really bad last year I came here was the best then with time it was getting worse I’m not coming here again!!!

No more fresh lobster tail grilled!! The lobster they have is the “Throwaway” with flour that’s covered with a slimy sauce! It’s basically shell!!!?? The steak_ trash. Only the fruit barely_ grapes soft! Hot pot varieties are MID. Miso soup is good. Cold Snow crab is very salty!! Hot snow crab is ok. Everything else eat at your own risk_ cold, old food even looks dry.

Oh my God by far one of the most worst buffets that I’ve ever eaten from the food is disgusting and dried. I received the lobster with green poop coming out of it. Definitely not worth your dollar. They barely have customers the food will sit there all day. It’s disgusting. Please do not eat there. !?

Everything was ok not the big hype. Just like any other Chinese food but they need to improve on there customer service u can’t be rude if u don’t understand what ppl asking find somebody that can translate. If I wasn’t with my friends I would’ve walked away Bec I asked her a question idk ask ur waiter but u guys all work together. I wouldn’t go back again they lost me as a customer. The bathroom was dirty that’s another thing and only 2 hours they shouldn’t time you on how long you stay you paying a lot of money per person

I’m usually not into buffets because they tend to rush you out and the food options aren’t always what I want, but Umi Sushi completely changed my mind. Everything on the buffet looked good, and honestly, I wanted to try it all. Their food was fresh, flavorful, and way above the usual buffet standard. The Thai iced tea was off the chain, and that brisket (from another station that leaned Korean) was incredible. I know I’ll be coming back here a few times because it’s just that good. Definitely a solid spot in Brooklyn!

I spent $51 at this restaurant yesterday and couldn't get my favorite sashimi. The sushi and rolls weren't tasty. They put so much rice in them that it felt like I was eating. It was really unpalatable. I suggested they bring out more sashimi, but they didn't dare to. The lamb shank was overcooked and dry, and it wasn't tasty. There was also a whole shrimp that wasn't fresh. This is the worst umi buffet I've ever had. It was really unpalatable. I know they're trying to save money by not making the food well and making it taste bad. This is the worst umi buffet I've ever had! Their waiters are nice, but the food is just terrible.

The food was nasty. The only thing that did taste good was the fried rice and the sushi. Everything had a freezer taste to it or wasn't cooked all the way through. I will not be returning.

Second visit, amazing again, new items even in there buffet, and also a new special on lobsters, I will keep you posted for an update, however this buffet is woth a trip especially if you have a large crowd, that is ready to eat
