What more is there to say than the vibes are immaculate. The food is a 10, the service is a 10, the restaurant is fun and vibrant and the food out of this world! The jerk chicken and French toast with bottomless mimosas are a brunch like no other. One of the best brunch experiences I've ever had and I can't wait to go back and introduce my friends to this amazing place!

Honestly, I don't write reviews as much as I should However, I have to about FlamingoBaby. Me and my friends went for brunch. Although the wait was a little long, it was well worth it. This was by far the BEST BRUNCH I've had in a very long time. Me and my friends started off with the Jerk Chicken Wings and the Blueberry French Toast. The Wings were nicely charred very good. The Blueberry French Toast was so good. The cream cheese filling was amazing. For my main meal I had the Breakfast Sandwich with a side of Mac and Cheese. The Mac and cheese was amazing and complimentary to my sandwich. While my friends had shrimp and grits which they enjoyed as well. Last but not least the Rum punch was on point as well. Compliments to the Chef and the Bartender and also our waitress. I do apologize for not remembering their names but everyone was nice and made me and my friends very welcome. We will be returning. My only recommendation is that you get there early. It's a smaller establishment and for brunch it gets packed really quickly.

This place is small, but cheerful, colorful, and has a welcoming, homey vibe. The service was slow, but that clearly was because the food was being prepared as it was ordered. Also the waitstaff was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The food was completely fresh, and very high quality. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. As a result, people at literally every table were taking to-go boxes of food away with them. We had the fried catfish strips, macaroni and cheese, and fried chicken and waffles. The chicken was excellent--crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside. The catfish strips also were moist and tender inside. We also enjoyed the mac and cheese, most of which came home with us! I highly recommend this place--a real neighborhood find!

Really interesting concept of Jamacian x Southern food! We ordered French toast and Jerk Chicken and Waffles. The French toast was soft and fluffy. The maple syrup was serve warmed which added a nice touch. The waffle was okay but the Jerk Chicken needed more flavor and spice. The chicken was really good, but it was missing the depth of flavor that comes with a traditional Jerk. Would definitely go back to try other fusion items on the menu! The restaurant is pretty small so it has an intimate vibe. Since the space is tiny, be prepared to wait or come closer to opening. Our food was worth the wait!
