Flava II Restaurant & Lounge

I order food from here on Ubereats. Macaroni & Cheese, Butter Corn & Chicken fried Rice. This is the saltiest food Ive ever had. The oil from the mac was spilled all over the bag. The mac was literally 10pounds of inedible cheese and elbows. It was so salty and oily with no actually seasoning. All the seasoning was on the “butter corn” which was spoiled corn that tasted as if it was boiled 3 times. The seasoning on the corn made it salty and nasty. It wasnt sweet at all. Just mushy and salty. The chicken fried rice smelt and tasted burnt! Do better. $9 for mushy salty corn… highway robbery and just wrong! Im surprised this place is still in business. This is one of the worst restaurants in canaries to actually visit the bartenders flirt and mingle with the customers so it is very crazy there especially Damian or D whatever he calls himself and another bartender I forget his name he’s messing up my life and he shares his personal life stories to us instead of giving us a good service the workers are toxic I don’t recommend

Upon arrival 4pm place was empty. The chairs and tables were white and dirty. Stained, had hair on the seats and a fly kept pestering the entire time. One of the meals, jerk chicken rasta pasta had hair in it halfway throught the meal. Both of our hair was tied back so it wasnt ours. After the waitress put in another order of just plain pasta (no chicken) we found another hair in one of the drinks! Atp we just was ready to leave. At any other restaurant once your food is contaminated its automatically replaced free of charge. On the bill still was charged for the meal. We complained and just had the whole meal refunded. We wont be returning. The customer service was horrible.

Hookah was nice the food excellent

I haven’t been to this lounge in a while, and I must say—while it took a bit of time to place my order, the waitress arrived with a great attitude, which made up for the wait. I was definitely impressed with my meal.

Through all adversity Teesh the manager hooked us up. Food came out hot and fresh… we asked for a hookah.. that took awhile but she had to deal with customers trying to make there own hookah and trying to fight her she gave us a hookah that was on point. She was excellent!

My solo date was great. Music was pumping... great Saturday night hang out.

We wasn’t greeted, we were standing around looking for somebody to come for a good 6 minutes, then somebody seated us at a dirty table! We waited 15 minutes for somebody to come to our table and nobody did so we left! Nobody in the restaurant had a plate on their table! Terrible service!

Had a very good time just very packed and the food took a while to come out and when it did it came cold not complaining cause the drinks made up for it

The absolute worst. I made my reservation for 11pm and showed up in advance. As soon as I arrived the young lady at the door said I had to wait until my reservation time. Ok cool. Waited in my car until 11 sine the place was cramped. Came back and still had to wait 15 mins. No big deal. Another young lady swung by to take my order. I ended up ordering drinks, appetizers and my meal. I kid you not, the drinks came an hour later. I waited until 1:25am and NEVER got my food. They have no respect for people's time. I also noticed that larger groups got catered to first. I will not be returning.

I've managed restaurants (reason for my input) I visited this establishment twice within the last month and the food was always backed up and service is very slow. Need better management/more workers. Gave them a chance twice I waited for food for 3 hours + and still didn't get the food. Even appetizers weren't coming out. Honestly it's a good vibe but the lounge/restaurant is just not being managed properly. The bar had drinks made but the delivery was slow on the servers part. The kitchen had little to no food coming out with nothing complimentary for the long wait periods. 2/10 hopefully the performance gets better as well as the management because it's a good spot in Brooklyn. Wait 5 hours for my food no birthday shout out no birthday day I didn't like the restaurant at all but the music was great along with the drinks just was disappointed of the service for my birthday

Horrible experience.. Went to celebrate my nephew birthday party. Waited 2 hours and never got served.

The food and drinks were terrible, service was slow and barely anyone was in there, the decor was sub par and it looked very dirty in there
