The food was AMAZINGLY tasty,and the drinks were worth every penny. The environment is not esthetically pleasing to me neither was the service A1 for an off-peak hour. The environment has moderate noise which is great for conversation.Parking: In front of the establishment has a few spots if not take the side and back streets.

Went there for happy hour and the bartender was great. She made their signature rum punch. It was like a tropical delight. Atmosphere was great and my group loved it.
Waitress Maya gave the menu for us to view. When we order she states that the menu is old and the prices are more than what's listed. We tell her that the tactic is illegal, she says she's letting us know cuz when she places the order itno the computer system the price will differ and she doesn't want to argue about it later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to patronize this spot. I plan to file a complaint within NYC dept of consumer affairs!

Sat @ 5:00pm service: one server for all the tables and the bar but it didn't matter because there was only a seated couple when we arrived. We were handed a "brunch menu." I was going to order the "fried chicken and buttermilk waffles" until something told me to ask about the "fried" chicken--white or dark meat portion? Server replied the chicken was neither-- actually chicken tenders. My follow up question revealed it was pre-packaged tenders. I ordered the Rasta pasta and chicken instead. The pasta was Al dente (def a bit undercooked) and not much seasoning. When I took the portion home and was in better light I could see the chicken was white (tasing mostly of garlic) and the pasta was white. Ziti pasta was used instead of penne--which matters because thin sauce does not adhere to ziti. The brunch special $6 mojito we ordered was not very strong but I don't expect it to be for this price.

I visited this restaurant in December and had such a horrible experience that we walked out and left. The hostess had a very poor attitude and looked extremely agitated. Although they were many empty seats in the front, she tried to sit us in the back near the restroom. When we asked for a seat closer to the front... they planted a table down on the walkway near the Xmas tree for us to sit. So now every time a server walks past our table is bumped. The music was extremely too loud, there's young guys in the very front dancing and jumping around when you walk in. The biggest disgust is coming in and getting searched and pat down by someone that looks like a man. I physically jumped back when she started touching me before she then says she's a woman. They also have a Grade Pending on the inside door hidden behind a plant. Grade Pending means they failed the Health Department Inspection... which means this is not a clean or safe environment to consume food. This restaurant was truly a disappointment.

Where 2 begin. The service was horrible. Overpriced menu items. Should have the option to tip the bartender. Bartenders shouldn't take it upon themselves to keep your change whether it's 50 cents or 5 dollars and then say they gave change back when u never moved from the bar. Check the cameras ***The music was great. It's just the staff. Either they get new employees without attitudes, or retrain staff so that the business can thrive. or they can keep things how it is and see where it go. IG promo will have you thinking this is the spot, but its not! Not for me anyway. Oh and food was ok
