So, I have a thing about chain steakhouses but this place is WORTH the visit. The steak is succulent, the drinks are DELICIOUS, the vibe is RIGHT. Have your birthday party here, have your bachelor party here. Ask for Leslie! She’s at the spot in Queens but sometimes in Brooklyn. Enjoy you meal and stay at Fogo de Chao!

Loved the new restaurant in Downtown Brooklyn. The food is as always very delicious & versatile. The staff was very attentive especially the manager. He treated the Veterans very well on Memorial day & I just absolutely love t decor of this place. So suited for a romantic meal w ur loved one. They had a great Conf room for private parties!!!

My very first experience at a Brazilian steak house this past Sunday was nice. However, upon leaving I was profiled and embarrassed in front of the establishment. For a manager that didn’t check on his tables in his location, made sure to run behind me and ask if I paid my bill . Because I didn’t provide a form of payment before leaving. I informed him cash is a form of payment. How unprofessional and disgusting.

Tara Marcelle one of the managers for this location is amazing . After I sent in a email inquiring about a wedding lunch for October. She reached out to me that same day and worked with me on making sure our wedding lunch was a day to remember and she did just that. I was able to speak with her regarding the lunch packages and what everything included. I even made adjustments last minute and she was able to accommodate. The fogo de chao staff was great as well, they were on call with service with no issues . The food was good, drinks were good .. no complaints at all. We had a nice private dinning area. My guest loved it and kept telling me how beautiful the lunch was. They did not not rush us out to leave once our lunch was over. I definitely will be returning. Thanks again Tara ?

First time at this location. Food was really bad, service was extremely slow. Some cuts were not even offered. And to make things worse me and my partner got food poisoning on the same night.
Following up on the previous matter. After receiving fogo’s response here and sending them an email as requested, no one followed up on the issue (2 weeks later). This only shows how bad the customer service is, and how fake their concerns are.

I had the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience that completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable evening. The food was delicious, but problems started to arise when we asked for the bill.
The server took my card, and when he came back, handed us the receipt—but did not return my credit card. I thought he might come back, but as time passed and I realized the card wasn’t in my possession, I called the server back over. I asked him where my card was, and he looked at me with disbelief and actually said, “Are you serious?” as if accusing us of misplacing it. His tone was dismissive and he started to nervously laugh, with his phone’s flashlight shining it around our table. He seemed more concerned with justifying his own actions than actually helping to resolve the issue. Minutes passed, and still no card. After looking for a while, he came back to ask, “Are you sure it’s not with you?” over and over again, as though it was our fault for not having the card.
After what felt like an eternity, more than ten minutes of this back-and-forth, he finally involved other staff members in the search. By this point, we were all visibly stressed—we waited for nearly 20 minutes as the staff looked around. When the server finally returned, he found a card to us and asked if it was ours. At that point, we were beyond frustrated, and to be honest, I was completely shaken. We just wanted to leave. He offered us a complimentary dessert to make up for the mistake, but by then, we were so emotionally drained from the whole thing.
It could have been a simple mistake, but his attitude and accusations were beyond acceptable. Such a disappointment, all because of poor customer service and a total lack of accountability.

We paid over $250 for 4 people to only receive burnt meat!! This is unacceptable. I have been to several Fogo de Chao locations and have never had an experience like this. I will never go back to the Brooklyn location.

Terrible service, we paid $63 per person for nothing to eat, they served raw or burnt meat to our table, the premium cuts we paid for never arrived at our table, the meat servers were rude and ill-mannered, we asked several times for medium meat and they never served it with the right cooking

Sat at the bar wasn’t really a fan of the bartender he was real standoffish and never paid me any mind . It wasn’t busy either when I went it was only 3 people

My wife and I decided to take the kids out to eat. We went online to make reservations and saw the taste of Brazil special. We thought this would be great. We get there and we're seated right away at a good table the waitress was nice things are going great so far.
We told her we were doing the taste of Brazil special she explain that it only includes certain meats with that deal. We were fine with that it included most of our favorites. La
Here is where things get very weird. The people who bring the food around were purposely skipping us. Not just for the stuff that wasn't included but literally everything. We're were there for 20 minutes before someone came around to our table. When we were offered something they refused to give us the cuts we wanted. If we asked for rare they said no and gave us the burnt well done pieces. Someone came around and offered us lamb and it was disgusting. I love lamb and have had it from Fogo many times.
When I asked the guy why they keep skipping our table he went to the back and came back with a very dry beef and refused to give us any rare cuts.
We left feeling disrespected and scammed. We are very happy our kids enjoyed it and tried lots of new foods. As a long time visitor I would never come back to the brooklyn location. I also feel like Fogo is know for its great service tonight was anything but that.

Overall great experience food amazing, very cozy and warm atmosphere. I was served by a beautiful and amazing waitress named Gabriela she was extremely pleasant and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time there. 100% will come back and hopefully she’s there.
