Fonda for as far I can remember my times in Mexico visits bring me back to the authenticity of the flavors. Haven't been to the one in Park Slope in a long time, I have to say it was just as wonderful as all the other Fonda's I frequented. Had the Pollo de Mole was deep dark and spicy on point. Very, very tasty, my friend had the Burrito and thought it was one of the best she ever had. From the chips, red sauce, to guacamole all the flavors just danced in my palette. So many dishes to try, that's why I can going back when possible. FONDA PARK SLOPE is also a local favorite. Service was good, the restaurant was not super busy, I was glad to see the backyard opened.. their Msrgaritas are superb. Is a must gem to visit in this neighborhood. Will be back when visiting Bklyn.

We were looking for an easy night out. We sat outside, our choice, it was a very hot and humid night, but there was a fan that made it pleasant to sit there. We were the only ones outside which was very nice. The service was very good and the food was great. We really enjoyed our evening.

Loud, and overly expensive for what you get. Food was tasty though.

Fonda was a magnificent dining experience! The food was so good and well priced. The guacamole is divine. The staff was relatively easy going. The scenery was very exciting and lively! 100% recommend for a night out ;)

Brought two of my friends from the UK, who don't eat a lot of Mexican food, and they loved Fonda! It was great to show them a new delicious place! Thank you!

One of my usual spots. Love coming here for brunch or dinner— always great apps and desserts to share

A wonderful addition to South Park slope. The food was delicious and the cocktails unique. Our servers was extremely knowledgeable with regard to the cuisine and its preparation.

My favorite brunch spot. I normally skip brunch in Brooklyn because the drinks are weak and I end up paying $50 for a breakfast I could make at home. But Fonda is the exception. It’s consistent, delicious and the service is great every time. Their brunch deal cannot be beat. Three delicious (strong) cocktails and an entree for $39. Fair warning: if you drink all three drinks, clear the rest of your day because you will be lit, full, and utterly useless. But that’s part of the experience. I’ve had almost every brunch entree, and each one is a banger. But I love the huevos rancheros the most. Lastly, the service. My glass has never been empty at Fonda. The servers always anticipate needs and do everything with a smile. They are fast too. Fonda, I love you, please never change!

Too noisy, not enough room, some dishes very good, some too salty. Price point seem too high for this quality of food

Have been coming here for years and never disappoints. Glad to see it’s still there after so many restaurants have come and gone in the area.

Home made tortillas
Food quality is good
Service is decent and there are interesting cocktails
It is on the pricey side

Was disappointed in ordering the shredded chicken chilaquiles and receiving soggy chips and chicken chunks. Guacamole was also no longer table side and the salsa was just hot sauce.
