One of my favorite and most affordable Italian restaurant in Brooklyn! Charming old world Italian with tomatoes growing on the wall, a chandelier, and prices that don’t break the bank! The lunch special is killer too! $15.95 for drink, side, and entree!

I LOVE this place! Italian cuisine is not my #1 cuisine, but Fontanas definitely moves it up my list to #2! Every dish I have tried here from appetizers to desserts is obviously freshly made with the best ingredients. I don't even know if my favorite is the lasagna or the stuffed shells or the penne alla vodka. Every time I try something else it becomes my favorite. Prices are just right for large portions and I nothing beats the basket of warm, fresh bread with oil or butter that they bring to your table before your meal. The restaurant is scrupulously clean, including and most importantly, the restroom. However, the BEST part of my experience at this place is the service. The waitstaff are so friendly and helpful! They really make you feel welcome every time you visit. I went from stumbling on this place when I couldn't ger reservations at a nearby spot to visiting at least once a week. Support this amazing restaurant, you won't regret it!

Used to come here all the time back in the day. They would bring out the best bread and their pasta, sauces and mozzarella were so fresh. We ate there recently and it was clear they are purchasing cheaper food while keeping the prices high. Their calamari used to be so good and now it tastes like it was frozen. They have YouTube karaoke AI art music playlists on the TVs. It’s become tacky. I don’t know what happened but it has more of a Diner feel now than an authentic Italian restaurant.

Wonderful place and Great food. A young lady by the name of Isabelle who works there provided execellent customer service. She is very kind, reliable, and assisted me with my order when i had questions. Highly reccommend this place. Must try !!!💪👌👍🙂

The food was delicious! I had the fettuccine Alfredo with the grilled chicken. My family had the spaghetti, chicken Parm sandwich and chicken parm ziti dish. Everything was CHEF KISSES!!! Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Fontana's is a good spot for local Italian style food. I've been here twice for lunch. Each time I've gotten the Chicken Parm on a Hero and it's been consistently good. The atmosphere is clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly. I need to try and replicate the Garlic chili flake oil they serve with the fresh bread, its simple but tasty. Definitely my new spot

The chicken parm and veal parm heros are delicious! Penne a la vodka with grilled chicken on top is amazing! They make a delicious Chicken Parmesan too!! Def recommend this place for great Italian food!
