Neva had rasta pasta and will never have it again. I'm not big on giving bad reviews but this place has to step up their game. There are a lot of Caribbean restaurants, footprint great just wished they had better food. Will be back for the flatbread.

I did a surprise birthday dinner for my mother. The Footprints crew did not disappoint and were great to work with, even handling so many questions I had with the planning. It took a big load off and everyone enjoyed the dinner and birthday cake!

*Disappointing Experience*
I recently ordered food from them and I was really let down by the food quality. NOT ONLY was my dish UNDERCOOKED and lacking flavor, but they also sent us the wrong food entirely.
When I raised these issues with the manager, I was met with indifference and no resolution, the manager was was extremly rude and "so typical"
Overall, it was a frustrating experience all over, and I won’t be returning.

It’s disheartening to see a place with potential fall short in both food quality and customer care. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience. There are plenty of other dining options that value their customers and handle issues with professionalism.

The food and drinks were good. However, the esthetics can be improved. The wall color and furniture are too dark for the dim lights. The ceiling needs painting, and the furniture can use some repairs or wiping down.

The food used to be so good. They fell off tremendously. I ordered a spinach party at a recent visit and instead of saying they ran out, they served me a patty with stale veggies. Just No
I went to this location last night around 9:30 PM and I get that they were close to closing (we thought they closed at 11 prior to going and it was 10) but the service was literally THE worst I’ve experienced in a LONG time.
We were immediately greeted with “TAKE OUT ONLY!” My goodness. No warm welcome, goodnight or nothing. We felt rushed to order and I placed my order on the Uber app.
There was a server at the front that was down right nasty. He told me his name was Marco when I asked. I wanted to cancel my order but just felt awkward to just sorta “deal.”
We went to wait outside of the restaurant until our order was ready; that’s how uncomfortable we felt. Marco came out about 10 mins later, “young lady, let me see your phone.” I’m like “hunh?” “Pull up your order.” Me, “oh the food is ready?” Him, “why you think I’m asking to see your phone?”
I wished him a good rest of the night and he did t even respond.
Whomever owns this spot should know that the people working here are driving the brand/name DOWN with this level of service. I will NEVER be back. What I wrote is only half of the terrible service that we had to endure. Felt borderline intimidated.
Food was decent but after all of that rudeness the pasta was warm when we ate it; not even 5 minutes later. No reason it shouldn’t have been hot; we literally grabbed the bag; went across the street to sit and eat. A mess

The Rasta Pasta Is made with DAIRY!!! That's not how you make Rasta Pasta!!! It's usually made with Coconut Milk!! There is NO MENTION OF THIS ANYWHERE!!!!
Vegetarian options: If you are okay with Cheese added to your platters, Many of their platters contain Dairy. Including one that shouldn't contain dairy at all! The Rasta Pasta! :(

My second time here and the experience wasn't great. Wasn't crowded yet the server took a minute to get to us. The Lychee Margarita was very good and the rum punch was strong. The jerk wings could've been cooked a little longer. The rasta pasta was delicious. However, the piece of steak that was ordered with it was extremely fatty (picture provided) with little to no meat on it. Spoke to the manager and her explanation was "that's how it's purchased from the butcher and we trimmed all the fat off, then there would be no meat on it" but it was FAT not MEAT. Very disappointed.

Planned to visit this establishment in advance to listen to one of my favorite bands, and to also try the Rasta Pasta. Walked into the front of establishment and was met by a stout male who came from inside the restaurant. I assumed he was an employee when he immediately asked "you gonna sit at the bar or at the tables?", without as much as a greeting or introduction. I immediately explained that it was our first time visiting, so I was unfamiliar with the set up. He reiterated his question, and I then explained that we came to primarily listen to the band, but will be dining as well. In disguest and impatience, he opened the door to the restaurant and barked, "you sit at the bar then!". I walked in in disbelief of the reception, and was now able to see the inside of the establishment. There were 3 couples in the entire space and I counted roughly 14 tables. The dude basically closed the door behind us and went on his merry way. I decided that since the place was almost empty we would sit at a table, close to the band. Before seating myself, I decided to inquire whether I could sit at a table of my choice (sensing that this experience was off to a bad start, and did not want to be later removed). I was told by a female staff member that I could not choose my table, so she escorted us to a table sandwiched by 2 of the 3 couples in the establishment. Approx 12 other tables were unoccupied and she herded us to one section like cattle. I refused that seat assignment and we sat at the empty bar. I'm already upset, my vibe is gone, I'm starving, and figured I would see this through. The grilled shrimp "Rasta Pasta" was served with 6 shrimp, undercooked noodles, and a watery sauce that looked and tasted like it was poured from a Prego jar, after being watered down. On that entire plate, there was 2 small pieces of green sweet pepper among the pasta, AND NO OTHER VEGETABLE!!!. My partner ordered the chicken breast "Rasta Pasta", and was told that the breast would be cut up and mixed in the Pasta. THEY brought him the same bland no vegetable Pasta, with a whole blackened/overcooked chicken breast, totally intact. He had to saw through it. At this point, I had had it and didn't even want to order a cocktail. I ate the shrimp in haste, and we jetted out of there. This entire fiasco lasted about 30 min tops. I drove 45 minutes, paid $40 for parking, paid a $65 tab, and was served nothing but bad food and bad attitude at FOOTPRINTS CONEY ISLAND!!!. Poor customer service, bad management, and cooks with mediocre culinary skills. Don't waste your time going to this hole in the wall and being aggravated!!
