This was by far the worst dining experience my family and I have ever had. We waited over an hour just for lemonade, the food took even longer, and almost everything we wanted was unavailable. The staff was unprofessional and never once checked on us or explained the delays. Completely unacceptable and we will never return.

The Footprints in Coney Island location is horrible. The service is terrible, the staff is unprofessional, and they always seem to be out of everything. The food isn’t even that great. Overall, just a horrible experience. I’ve been there a few times, and I will never go back again.

If I could I'd give it a negative rating. The bartender is very absentminded and didn't listen at all.... I asked for bud light he says no, I ask for Michelob and he blantly ignores me and tries to hand me a Modelo... THEN my friend orders a strawberry daquiri and he starts making it without alcohol.... while we're at the bar.... so she asks if he can add alcohol and all he does is pour one shot in the bottom of the cup then puts the strawberry mixture on top. It's also just as hot inside as it is outside. Ordered food and 20 minutes later still don't have it. Overall one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life.

My family and I had one of the worst dining experiences here. We waited over an hour just to get lemonade, and when it finally came, the food was cold. Once our drinks were finished, no one checked on us or asked if we wanted refills. It took another hour just to get our food, and I almost choked on my food because I had nothing to drink. To make it worse, the wine was flat and tasted sour. The lack of attentiveness and urgency from the staff was disappointing and completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the workers’ unprofessionalism is making the owner lose business. We will not be returning.

I went here on August 4 for my birthday 14 of us for dinner. I don’t think they never had such crowd before because they were not prepared. Some of us finish eating before others got their meal and by the time they got their meals, the light was flipping I guess for us to leave. We have to do takeout. Most importantly the food was salty, very salty as if they had to rush the food and poured the salt on. The brown stew fish was as if browning was poured on top of it. Then the reason why some persons did not get their order on time was because they ran out of rasta pasta and didn't bother to informed us until when we started asking what happen to the order. The reason why some persons did not get their food on time is because they ran out of pasta. The drinks were terrible, pina colada no garnish and had no taste. Sorrel was worst. On there advertisement they advertise birthday noone didnt ask what we celebrating or come to sing . I was very disappointed . I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever go there again. I’m used to the other one on Clarendon road. Their food is very tasty and nice .
