Food is great and all but just order delivery if you ever want to eat here. The wait time for an in store order is crazy and I’ve never see a restaurant prioritizing deliveries more than people in the store, so don’t even waste your time unless you have some to waste

Footprints Express is a great place to grab a bite. They offer a variety of menu specials to help you save money. The prices are reasonable, and the food is usually of good quality. The staff is friendly and attentive, even though it can get busy inside. There’s usually enough seating to avoid feeling cramped. The restaurant is always busy with delivery drivers, so the food is always moving. The only downside is that I’ve had issues with delivery orders. Overall, Footprints Express is a pretty decent chain. They have vegetarian options, so if you’re in the area, stop in and grab something to eat.

Took an impromptu trip here today as the original location at one point in time was my favorite place. I really wish I kept it as a distant but pleasant memory. This service was so horrible. The cashier acted as if he was doing me a favor by taking my order. When you walk inside, all of the lights are off you don’t even know if the restaurant is open or closed. Prices are not reasonable. Nor was the food good which was so disappointing. In the past I absolutely loved the food. The quality has definitely gone down.

If the jerk chicken ran out & there was a wait.. THAT should've been communicated by the kitchen staff to the cashiers. Also, you have to pay extra for jerk & bbq on ya Jerk chicken?! Do NOT recommend this location‼️ Will NOT be returning ‼️

I ordered the Rasta pasta, supposedly the best food they have on the menu and when I tell you, it was so so so nasty $20 for a plate of soupy watery plain no flavor no spice bowl of veggies, peppers and a few pasta pieces. I don’t know who is the new cook but you can sure tell that the old cook does not work there anymore home of the Rasta pasta I think not.

I haven't eaten footprints in years because the quality is not good. I was Craving some salmon and footprint was one of place that had it for a reasonable price. I decided to order from footprints because they had bread fruit. I got brown stewed salmon. It tasted like it was fried and they just throw the stew on it. It was also to salty. I really was not expecting the cabbage and the one plantain with the bread fruit. I would have preferred several pieces of braidfruit. I also expected the breadfruit to be crunchy like in a chip's form.But it was not so I just had to throw it back in my air fryer. I was scared to order from footprints and I was right.I will go back to staying away from them. It came quickly with ubereats to.

Bought a curry king fish diner from here & quite frankly this had to be the most disgusting, raw smelly, non seasoned, stale fish I ever bought from a restaurant. Idk what this chef is doing but the quality of food & pride has fell off tremendously at this food chain. Maybe the one on Clarendon road is holding on the the true essence of how this restaurant food used to taste. I wasn’t already home and relaxed I would have driven right back there and asked the chef to taste this plate of food they sold me. Waste of my $30 meal. Footprints owners, please look into what quality of food is coming out of this location, PLEASE!! Gotta do better…
