I ordered the Rasta pasta, supposedly the best food they have on the menu and when I tell you, it was so so so nasty $20 for a plate of soupy watery plain no flavor no spice bowl of veggies, peppers and a few pasta pieces. I don’t know who is the new cook but you can sure tell that the old cook does not work there anymore home of the Rasta pasta I think not.

I haven't eaten footprints in years because the quality is not good. I was Craving some salmon and footprint was one of place that had it for a reasonable price. I decided to order from footprints because they had bread fruit. I got brown stewed salmon. It tasted like it was fried and they just throw the stew on it. It was also to salty. I really was not expecting the cabbage and the one plantain with the bread fruit. I would have preferred several pieces of braidfruit. I also expected the breadfruit to be crunchy like in a chip's form.But it was not so I just had to throw it back in my air fryer. I was scared to order from footprints and I was right.I will go back to staying away from them. It came quickly with ubereats to.

Bought a curry king fish diner from here & quite frankly this had to be the most disgusting, raw smelly, non seasoned, stale fish I ever bought from a restaurant. Idk what this chef is doing but the quality of food & pride has fell off tremendously at this food chain. Maybe the one on Clarendon road is holding on the the true essence of how this restaurant food used to taste. I wasn’t already home and relaxed I would have driven right back there and asked the chef to taste this plate of food they sold me. Waste of my $30 meal. Footprints owners, please look into what quality of food is coming out of this location, PLEASE!! Gotta do better…

The food is good but I wish the persons preparing the online orders to be delivered would pay a little more attention. I've ordered twice online and both times I did a side is missing from the order. I called and was told to take up the matter with doordash. Doordash didn't take my money for the order and they delivered the package just how they received it from the establishment..

We had Footprints Cafe Express cater my husband's 60th birthday, and they exceeded our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone raved about it. They offered a wide selection of items, all at a very reasonable price. The food was delivered right on time, which helped everything go smoothly. I was initially a bit nervous due to some negative reviews I had seen, but the catering service really pulled through and made our celebration perfect. Thank you, Footprints Cafe Express, for helping make this day so memorable!

I come here for the Rasta pasta which is amazing. On my last visit I requested my dish to be extra spicy and I was told that their sauce is premade and that they couldn’t make it spicier. I don’t think my request was out of this world, but ok. I guess I’ll be testing out other places that serve Rasta pasta.

I Had awesome service from a waiter named Elsa, the atmosphere is fantastic, the food is a 4 out of 5, just don’t order any beef soup. Every time I go there as a loyal customer, I always think the last time I went was a mess up because there only a little piece of beef in the soup (pause). No this is no mess up. They do not put beef in the beef soup. So it is no mistake. Besides the soup no complaints on anything I’ve ordered on the menu.

I recently visited Footprints Café Express Restaurant at 1377 Flatbush Avenue to purchase food. At checkout, I was surprised to learn that the cashier was charging me an additional $1.09 for using my debit card. Apparently, they process all cards as credit, which benefits them financially.
I find it unacceptable that customers are not given the option to choose whether their card is processed as debit or credit. This practice feels exploitative, bordering on predatory.
I urge Footprints Café to reconsider their payment policy and provide customers with a choice to avoid unnecessary fees."
