If I could give a 5 zeros I would rude customer service I can tell they was going to do something on spite very nasty funny looks 3 small plates of oxtails rasta pasta 30 each 5 oxtail in each plate in a small plate she said its one plate for everything that's not good I ordered coconut shrimp all burnt this is the second time coming here and everything was trash these branch off spots make the original on Clarendon Rd look bad the staff needs to be fired from the elders to the youngest everyone was in on giving me bad burnt food every one was wispering and laughing and give me and my partner strange look if I was foot print franchise owner I would make them stop using the name makes them look bad or fire this whole staff not going to even eat it spend 100.00pluse dollars for trash they tampered with my rasta pasta after seeing the shrimp I'm so upset because I'm from. East Flatbush I support every footprint in Brooklyn coney island disappointed I'm July that another story not this express on Nostrand it's sad don't eat here ever and waited 45 minutes terrible place

Order small oxtail dinner and the oxtails was hard I could have broken a tooth smfh and the fried chicken and the chicken was salty y'all giving high blood pressure and this a new spot wow

The food is excellent, however customer service is horrible. The ladies there are very rude. They’re always away from the register, every time I go there I have to wait a good while before someone comes to take my order. They literally just ignore customers. Very bad customer service. I really hope to see a difference in the way customers are treated. I am referring to the Nostrand Avenue location.

Security wasn’t doing his job standing by the uber eats orders and handing them out. Instead of asking me if I was there to pick up an order and giving me my order he shielded the uber eats order with his body. He thought I was going to steal when I already paid for the order. His energy was very disrespectful and I won’t be going there again. Subtle disrespect and disrespect is the same thing and he did that to another black person. The security guard had dreads.

$19 for some jerk chicken and rasta pasta a d then had to pay a dollar and some cents for BBQ sauce just to get back to my job and the food was nasty. Don't waste your time or money

I ordered 2 plates, one Rasta pasta with shrimp the other with chicken!! The baby MINI plates they’re serving now with the raised prices, then they’re like a gas station with charging you more for card and less for cash. Time to say goodbye to footprints and let my niece cook it for me! I used to drive to remsen from queens alllll the time then I starred going to Nostrand for my take out! NO MORE!!

The food here was amazing. Sandwich was egg and turkey bacon. The orange juice has passion fruit mixed in it. Fries were great. I also brought the porridge, but didn't eat it as I was full. My daughter gets it all of the time and said it is very good. I will try something new on their menu when I travel back to NY.

I normally order the Jerk Pork when I come to this Brooklyn location. I'm uncertain if they have different chefs or if the recipe changes, but for some reason I received the dryest over cooked Jerk Pork that I ever had. It was so dry. Regardless, on what day of the week you order or what chef is cooking the food should always retain its taste and texture across the board.
