My husband and I went to Forefeathers tonight for dinner, it was excellent. The chicken tenders were delicious, the pink dipping sauce was very good. The chicken sandwich that my husband had to amazing! Coleslaw was delicious, plenty of sauce and pickles. Fries were excellent….definitely will go back.
I spoke with Mohammad the manager who is an utter clown. He admitted the business doesn’t close any of their boxes to prevent soggy fries and while that’s great they had the nerve to just drop the soda in my food. When the food arrived it was cold. Uber eats stated I don’t qualify for a refund so I reached out to the store hoping they could rectify their mistake. I did not order food, I live in Maine so I couldn’t have. Someone in NYC ordered $60.20 worth of food from here through Grubhub using my name and card and Grubhub refused to refund it. Forefeathers should do a much better job verifying customer information.
