Frankel’s came across my for you and I instantly started following them. Once I made it to NY, I made it a priority to check them out. Their pastrami egg & cheese is what caught my eye & I was not disappointed. Great spot. Definitely worth trying out when you’re in Brooklyn

I got the whitefish bagel, and it was delicious. However, I was really disappointed with how little whitefish spread it had — I could barely taste it. Considering how expensive it was, I expected a much more generous portion. Tasty, but im not sure its worth the price.

$12 for bec. so expensive for what it is and the bagel sandwich was just ok- nothing special. my kid loves bec and he refused to eat it- probably because the egg texture was odd. He liked the bacon. The cinnamon raisin bagel tasted like a plain bagel- I actually thought they gave me the wrong bagel but they did not. The deli next to me charges $6 and stuffs it more. There was no line. It was ready in a few minutes.

Dry, hard bagel - inexcusable for $20 bagel sandwich. Everything else just ok. Good service

I’ve heard so much about this spot and yeah, never got around to it because they only open till 3 PM each day. Today I finally made it and it was well worth the weight.

Relatively small establishment however staff is huge on courtesy. I tried their famous hot pastrami on rye with mustard and boy I was simply blown away. Each bite was super tender, juicy and so flavorful. I was also impressed the rye bread did not fall apart easily.

Definitely a must visit and it’s definitely a top five pastrami sandwich in NYC.

I kept seeing the line out of the door for this place and I wanted to see what the hubbub was all about. I. Still. Don't. Know. I got an everything bagel with tomato and scallion cream cheese. It was expensive and NOT good. This was like any blah bagel you'd get at whatever bodega. I was ready to be blown away, and I was wildly underwhelmed. Despite being really hungry I even ended up throwing it away because it was such a letdown. Maybe something else is their specialty? Bagels are not.

Service was good, spot is cut but the bagel did not hit. Can't recommend.

By the time I remembered to take a picture of my bagel sandwich I had already eaten almost all of it. This is how good this place is. Chill atmosphere, super friendly staff, delicious fresh food! Just had the smoked salmon on sesame bagel and would come right back for it. Perfect ratio of salmon to cream cheese to capers and onion. Nothing overpowering the salmon, just making it more delicious. Bagel was toasted just right and the sandwich was wrapped well and cut fully! Nothing bugs me more than fighting with partially cut wrapping paper and then fighting to tear it.
Loved it and coming back for more!

Came back a second time: same amazing experience just more people! This time took a photo! 😉

Better than Kat's or any other pastrami you'll find in the City. Kind personnel, no waiting line and cool neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great service and cool retro feel, bagels were great but ever so slightly flat.
