Just went there!!! The greeting was excellente with French accent and all... I had a ham and cheese croissant, an apple turnover and a Mocha Drip.. The pastries were nice and flaky, the mocha drip was AMAZING.My only critique was that the croissant was not hot which would've made it sooo much better but regardless it was tasty.I only captured the apple turnover as I devoured the croissant before my post.

We were impressed by the Top 100 Croissants by Yelp and the best ranking among NYC is Frenchy’s Food Truck. By browsing reviews and photos on social media, we were extremely curious to try their pastry so here we were.The food truck is parked at the corner of Franklin & Eastern Pkwy and it looks adorable with bright red color. The owner David is super friendly and welcoming. There were various pastry options with satisfying smell.We had their Plain, Almond, Ham & Cheese and Chocolate Croissant. The Ham & Cheese Croissant was one of our favorites, extremely satisfying with flavorful filling and beautiful layers. The filling of Almond Croissant was rich and creamy. I personally love their chewy texture at the bottom.

I would happily edit the rating once you move your truck off the pedestrian crossing walk. I saw teenagers getting hit by a car because your truck is blocking the vision for drivers and pedestrians.

Grabbed a cocoa mocha & pastry & quiche for breakfast here. First time having anything from here. It was really good! Line was quick.Bring cash.Mocha was really satiny and good,Pastry was light, sweet & nice texture. The quiche that I picked had eggs,cheese,garlic & celantro and onions in it. It was delightful!

As a franco-american, it means a lot to be able to talk to french people, especially onces who are so kind and down-to-earth (not words typically associated with the french lol). Talking to them makes my day everytime I stop by. But even if you have a heart of stone, you can still enjoy the amazing baked goods they have. My favorites are the pain au chocolat and quiche. If the conversation isn't enough to heal my soul, the food is.

The quiches were so delicious ?!!! My daughter & I went around 11:00 a.m. on a weekday. We went across the street and sat on a bench under a shade tree to eat our food.

This used to be my happy place when I worked on Franklin Avenue. My man Frenchy is an amazing human, and he knows how to deliver the goods!!! I was addicted to the Nutella beignets, but just the simple croissant with butter was just as exquisite. Coffee always piping hot for when it’s freezing out, or ice cold for those hot humid NYC summer days. This is without fail one of the best pick me up spots in the city. Go early, stuff runs out!
