It really bothers me that they don't let the dogs through! You must be a service dog to enter! If not, then it seems in bad taste to me that in the time we are in, 2024 heading towards 2025, we believe we are superior ??? the world belongs to everyone, let's collaborate gentlemen

The cooked food is superb. No sit in, but I take out for home.

In an age characterized by nameless statistics and at times overwhelming technology, we tend to forget that institutions and companies perform given the indefatigable efforts of fine human beings. Computers and software are a means to an end, not representing the final product galvanizing customer loyalty. Upon visiting the Whole Foods store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, I was reminded of this evasive fact by one amazing team member by the name of Kiara. She went out of her way in the most gracious manner to resolve a problem that neither she nor Whole Foods created when I lost a store gift card that had nearly $500.00 on it. Kiara and her team of supervisors who included Teari and Erica provided united support that was as seamless as it was intelligent. Kiara was never condescending or patronizing as she focused on finding a solution without sacrificing her own empathy and humanity. She fully understood if not internalized my predicament. This masterful display of interpersonal intelligence took place on a Saturday morning when many in our society do not seem to comprehend undertaking a sense of sacrifice while a work ethic is adhered to. Kiara's charisma, honesty and warm professionalism inspired me to fully trust her and realize that wealth is measured in human terms.

UPDATE (More Good News) Perhaps this is not my first "go to" Whole Foods given the smaller size but one employee who works in the Seafood Department has made me realize it needs to be my first choice from now on. Although this location does not have as many offerings, he went out of his way to prepare what I was looking for and actually did a better job than the Manhattan locations. His name is Jeremy and he is an asset as loyal employee and quintessentially courteous human being.

Whole Foods is exceptional! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a fantastic selection of organic and specialty products. Their produce is fresh, and the quality of meats, cheeses, and prepared foods is top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making shopping a pleasure. It's a one-stop shop for quality groceries and healthy options—highly recommended!

You can find any product you are looking for. I think it is a very nice market. It has the most alternatives when you stay around. Their own brands are 365, their prices are more reasonable than other brands, and there is no difference in terms of taste.

Great selection of gluten free foods - also good selection of farmer’s market esque produce, love the mushroom packs! Typically busy but a pleasant shopping experience after 8pm on any day of the week

Ok but To hot downstairs that can make anybody sick,nice guy by the shopping cars the rest are very unpolite and ask you to go to the self check out like they the one who going to pay for yours grocery, my second times and i will never go back. they are rude and judge you by the way you look. not everyone who go there is a criminal or have attitude problem, I work with people tooI never treat or look at people badly with out knowing them because you never know who can be someone famous.never judge a book by its cover.youngers security are very unprofessional too.

Not enough customer seating

This Whole Foods Is abysmal. It’s constantly out of critical items like egg, carrots, cottage cheese, etc. how can they not keep it stocked? Very frustrating

...almost everything is there...only it’s a long way to go on foot...and what I was looking for is not there...but everything is there..?
