Picked out a sandwich from the deli board with no changes or additions. Price at the register was $4 higher. I told the owner. He took a dollar off. This is illegal in NYC to not honor the posted price and just decide to charge more. I should have left the food on the counter and walked out. I heard the cashier arguing with someone else about the price of chocolate as well - that it was $2 less the day before. What is going on here?

The night time cook is horrible. He’s always writing Down gibberish when taking an order. He constantly messing up our food and has a terrible attitude towards customers. The energy is not as welcoming as it use to be in the store either. Sad because it use to be our favorite deli.

One guy rude with me I was there yesterday this guy changing the garbage that time I inter the store and I order the sandwich then he just inter the kitchen and even he didn’t wash his hand and he make me sandwich.

overcharged me for the wrong order. Asked for a chicken cheesesteak and they gave me a Philly cheesesteak plus chicken. Who wants a sandwich with steak AND chicken. Anyways they made me pay extra for their mistake. I waited about 25 minutes for the sandwich and when I tried to describe where they went wrong they couldn’t understand due to their language barrier.

Tasty! Huge deli menu, with breakfast sandwiches, paninis, tons of sandos, and even omelettes. Surprisingly good selection of various snacks and nuts.Best of all, they do protein shakes, in addition to smoothies.

I gave them a chance after the counter guy said they have the best food in Greenpoint.The sandwiches are all bread and what was worse it was stale bread. There are much better sandwich places in the neighborhood.
