I love this place so much, it’s my go to spot after a long run. The wonderful people who work here go out of their way to serve their customers (e.g. usually I’m so gassed after my run and they’ve given me water while I wait for my order, or a piece of fruit to try). They’re very friendly have the best smoothie and juice combinations and the food is really great too. I love supporting this small business and find any excuse to go here.

Get the banana chocolate smoothie with whole milk!! It’s perfect for a summer day in nyc. The protein smoothie menu is full of good ideas. $13 with tax included.
Great peanut butter smoothie. The guy working the counter was courteous and helpful. Cozy place to sit and write.

The people here are so kind. Last summer, my fridge broke and I was desperate for a good, old salad — this was before they offered one on their menu. I explained the situation and the owner made me a delicious, fresh, innovative salad. I could have cried with appreciation! I love their protein shakes (my go to is the vanilla chip, add spinach), but i've never had a single bad thing here. Hope they stay in business for a long time
