i went to get a strawberry smoothie bowl and the lady that was there at the time gave me a smoothie (in a cup) i told her that was wrong showed her a picture of the same exact bowl that i wanted that i previously got from this same place and she still messed up the order TWICE mind you they have the ingredients on the menu for you to see so i donāt understand how she still messed up even after i showed her

I am compelled to leave a review because this is one of the worst smoothies Iāve ever spent my money on. I got the āmeet me in the tropicsā, it was made primarily with boxed juices and is poor to taste. Not a seemingly healthy alternative by any means, the color alone gives artificial. The customer service was okay.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! I will NEVER patronize this unprofessional establishment. Man speaks NO English, the juice bar ran out of coconut water AFTER charging my card...then the unqualified cashier did not know how to refund my money. She took my name and number on May 9th...its May 12th I haven't received a call and the money has not been refunded. Don't spend your money here!
