I had this fried chicken almost a year ago. I live on the UWS and have been dreaming about coming back here again. Upon learning this place is closed I wanted to fall to my knees and weep uncontrollably. This was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life and I’ll never have it again. I can’t even describe the pain, grief, and inconsolable depression I feel knowing that this food will only live on in my memory. Please come back fry factory. I miss you.

This place has amazing fried chicken but they have not been open for the last 2 months but they keep saying otherwise on google and other sites. I’d recommend not coming here until the someone actually answers the phone.

Fry Factory was surprisingly delicious! Yes, it’s located at a gas station, but don’t let that fool you. We ordered the chicken tenders, shrimp, and fries, and everything was fantastic. We made sure to get there early, around 11 a.m., to be the first ones in. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor—perfectly saucy and just the right amount of sweetness. Even my 9-year-old cousin couldn’t get enough: "This is good! You got more?" Definitely worth the stop!

Called in an order asked how long and the restaurant told me my food was ready I could come pick it up. I arrive and they sold my food and wouldn’t have another order for another hour so now I’m stuck with no food during my lunch break after waiting for so long. They need to do better with their because they don’t receive that much traffic throughout the day.
