I love this place, the food here is so good and healthy.
I come here regularly, at least twice a week.
My go to is the bison wrap with avocado and spicy air fries, I've tried other things on the menu and I've yet to be disappointed.
Definitely hit them up if you're in the area, you will not be disappointed!

I just donât understand why the man at the register always has the most disgusting attitude. Heâs so hostile. I really enjoyed buying smoothies from here, but I donât enjoy the side of âI really donât want to be at work and Iâm going to show youâ. If youâre having a bad day, Call out.
This place is hands down one of the best healthy spots in Brooklyn. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, but what really makes this place shine is Freddy.
Heâs insanely charismatic, attentive, and clearly cares about every single customer. He goes way above and beyond remembering your preferences, checking in with sincerity, and making sure every detail is right. If heâs not the manager, then he should be! because he leads with the kind of energy that makes this place thrive.
Fuel has my 3Câs check (Clean - Cool - Casual) perfect for anyone who takes their health seriously but still wants to enjoy the hell out of their meals.

Zero star if I could, the guy is very nervous when he answers the phone to take your order, doesnât give you a chance to even speak terrible service and now he wonât pick up the phone. Iâd like to see if the owner is aware of whatâs going on. He hung up on me and I wonât pick up the phone for me to Order. These workers make the owner lose money and customers. Terrible, terrible attitude!!!!!
**THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED...**
I recently had a terrible experience at this place. Due to a mistake on my part, I chose my work address instead of my home address for delivery. I asked if the food could be delivered to my apartment, which was only 10 minutes from work, but the delivery guy refused and TOLD ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER because he had many more deliveries to make. So I did it.
I called the restaurant to explain what happened, but the person who answered blamed me "for canceling the order" and due to a misunderstanding in communication, I expected him to reorder after I hung up. When I placed the order again the next day, they canceled it. When I called to understand why, the "manager" or whoever that guy was told me: "the boss canceled the order because you canceled your order yesterday." The disrespectful and childish attitude was totally unnecessary, especially for a meal that was less than $19 ? Yes, I made a mistake and when I tried to fix it, they told me to cancel the order.
To understand the problem and buy food, I received disrespectful and extremely rude treatment. Despite asking for "the boss", a different individual first came out saying that "the boss wasn't there today" and then after saying it was him, he rudely blamed me for their loss, insinuating that it was my fault that they had lost money and wasted food.
It's embarrassing and disappointing to see people who clearly lack customer service skills "running" a business. Honestly, their food isn't even that good, just a cheap option. They call most of their dishes "healthy" while they use inflammatory oils to cook all their food, their ketchup/sauces have high fructose corn syrup so it's not healthy food, but it is cheap.
Long review, but the situation was dense. From the bottom of my heart, let this poor man learn to treat his clients with respect and kindness.
