This is our fourth time here. Fantastic team capable of accommodating any / all chefs in residence. This time the chef is Rasika and she crushed it. without a doubt the best Indian food you can possibly get in NY. Her residency ends late Feb 2025 so get on it before it's too late. I had an incredible experience at Fulgurances Laundromat last weekend while visiting my sister in New York. We were lucky enough to make a reservation on one of the few nights that they were hosting their Steakhouse at the Laundromat event. If you have a chance to go when they are hosting this - do not miss it! Our experience ended up being the highlight of my trip.
