This place was awesome back in the day, now I'm a bit torn about it. Being allowed to bowl in the shoes you came in seemed weird to me. The girl behind the desk lacks volume in her voice, none of us could hear what she was saying... she repeated herself twice. We bowled in lane 16. The computer system was wonky, it kept messing up our turns and scores. Finding a suitable light ball was a no go. I had to settle for a rather heavy one. This place was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. I miss the old gem it once was.
The worst. Absolutely the worst. Avoid this place if you can. The attitude of the cashier/front desk is disgusting. It's the 2nd day of the new year - why are you so miserable? Yelling at grown people like they are kids with no money to be at your establishment. The place smells like mold, the bathroom smells like parmesan cheese, the food is underwhelming, and the bowling equipment is old as heck. I would not recommend this place. Management - you need to do better with your forward facing staff.
It is a great place to bowl. Lots of lanes to bowl, but do have to get a reservation a day before and a bit pricey.
Fun but too expensive
Good atmosphere!!

Called ahead, was advised if we come after 6:30pm no need to book a lane just show up, it's a quiet time.
Drove 40 min, arrived 6:45pm and was advised there is a 2 hour waiting list to bowl.
Horrible customer service.
Freakin 2 hour wait after they lied and told us on the phone we should come because there’s an open lane for us. Would not recommend, customer service sucked. Mamzeirim. Very disappointed, considering moving out New York because of them.
I really enjoyed coming here, the costumer service is also really really good, like I called one day and they said that they’re busy, so they didn’t make me waste my time driving there, like a lot of other places do that, but this place doesn’t, would definitely recommend coming here, really nice vibe!
The staff here are actually the rudest thing and they over charged me cuz of my religion made my daughter cry and said she can’t get bumpers Bec she’s not under 10 this place deserves no stars

Best bowling lanes in Brooklyn!!
Fine neighborhood alley. Needs to be updated. But, overall, cool.
Saw them ask Jewish kids only to not hang out by the arcades.
reminded me of my parents telling me stories of Germany 1939.
Thumbs down! don't go and tell others.
I went to this place today to spend time with friends the bowling lanes were alright but the snack bar only took cash the service was terrible when something went wrong on the lane the staff were very disrespectful and unhelpful I would not come back
Have no AC. Only Fan. Can't bring in any drinks. Price for bowling in the morning (9-12) went from 5 to 7$. Avoid all cost in summer
