This place is very racist. I walk into the place and the cashier said it was a problem from the time we walked in the door. Now we came with mental challenge individuals so it went left from there. The lady at the register was so disrespectful to our individuals. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go at this location. Try the 360 bowling in queens it's the the best and accept all race. We end up calling the cops because she refused to give us a refund, eventually we got a refund and went to the 360 Bowling Ally. The point of this story is this location is very racist against black ppl.

Have not been here in over 20 years. And I was pleasantly surprised to find the place spotlessly clean, and very crowded with groups of friends and families. Had no idea bowling was so popular again. Glad I came.
They you are very cooperative and family friendly. I highly recommend

Staff is beyond extreme in their rudeness. I was wowed by the level of rudeness they can show customers.Everytime I asked a question the lady actually rolled her eyes at me.This place is the only bowling alley in the area so they think they can behave however they want and they think it won't affect them.I'm certainly not bringing my family back to this place which has zero regard for the customer.

I am giving this place one star cause I waited on line for over 30 min very slow staff poor attitude. When I got to window I was asked if I had a reservation and told to come back after 30 min after waiting in line for over 30 min. Will never come back here.
