I got the fish sandwich quite a few times. It could take some salt or spice BUT Ohk. This time I went further and ordered the calamari….its dam nasty. For a Caribbean restaurant I expected better. When since Caribbean ppl started depending on sauce for flavor??? Plus the wait time was well over 1/2hr with an empty restaurant….SEASON THE DAM FOOD!!!!!!

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food itself was actually really good, the customer service completely ruined the experience. When I walked in, the waiter just stared at us from the door like we were out of place or something… Honestly , it felt like he saw aliens. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming a bit… Maybe he was drunk he did have a drink with him. Then the other server came over with a weird attitude from the start. I’m not sure what was going on with him, but the energy was off the whole time. When I tried to say “thank you,” he just lifted his nose up and walked away without acknowledging me. It was strange, rude, and very unprofessional. Like what’s the deal? Overall, the food was solid, 10/10! But the service was so bad that I wouldn’t return. A restaurant should make you feel welcome, not judged or ignored. They really need to work on their customer service. Oh and the rum punch was god awful! OMG? I love rum punch! But it was bad…

Went there and sat at the bar with my husband for dinner and the service was horrible The counter was wet, the bartender (Male) had little to no customer service he was making drinks for other customers in front me and my face was wet the amount of times I was splashed with water it the food was good

Their food is not bad. Of course. It was better when they just opened. I just think that they need to find a good promoter and start doing different themes for different days. The service is good. I will say that the food is not bad. They delivered on the oxtails this time around because I called ahead and told them please no bones or small little pieces.

I won't never forget my experience which is the reason why I would never go there ever again in LIFE. My friend ordered a breakfast that came with bottomless mimosas I ordered a vegan breakfast with grits that they was promoting at the time. The food took forever to come out. My friend is not a drinker so she kept giving me her mimosas. When our food finally came, the grits were hard and nasty. I was really disappointed. By the time we was ready to go, my bill was more than what it was supposed to be and I asked why is my bill so high. They said my food didn't come with bottomless drinks so they charged me for all the drinks she kept giving me. Utterly disgusting of yall. What she decided to do with her drinks after y'all kept serving her is her business. I wasnt the one asking for it and because of that and the nasty food, y'all get the lowest amount of stars, it'll be none if it was possible. And anyone that would like to go there I'm the future, I'd say don't but if you choose to, do it at your own risk because its mainly a miss. Read the other reviews if you don't believe me.

I was there just this past Saturday and I ordered jerk salmon with collard, green and mashed potatoes. I did not know if a Resturant run out of these things that they allow to give you any vegetables that they want you supposed to let somebody know before you put that on my plate because I could've been allergic to cabbage Mashed potatoes was from the box. The only thing that was good was the lemonade. I'm just being honest.

My family decided to visit the restaurant after attending our mother's funeral, looking for a spot to love on each other and celebrate her life. If I fast forward to the end-we had a great time, the food was wonderful, the drinks were strong and our server was amazing. In order to make it to that wonderful ending, there were a few bumps in the road...our server Nyla (hope I spelled it right) was a one woman show. She took orders, made drinks, served food, tended to our concerns and whisked away dishes. She appeared to be the only one working, while 2 other gentlemen sat around and watched her. Literally...for 2 hours. We were a table of 10 and no one stepped up, which caused delays in our drink and food orders. She was very good natured about it, but we as a group felt that she was being treated unfairly and being set up for failure. BUT...she pulled if off and I hope in the future the restaurant recognizes her as a valuable asset. Recommendations: The Brooklyn Long Island Iced Tea, The Appetizer Sampler, The Curry Pasta with Jerk Chicken and the Mac and Cheese Pie,
Food was great but, no AC at happy hour made it less than happy, i was too hot to drink. Once air was turned on, the odor of raw sewage filled the air. The server attempted to rectify the issue by spraying highly concentrated room fragrance which caused me to have breathing issues. The music was great, but , atmosphere I could definitely use an upgrade

Came with a party of 15 people after a baptism in which the restaurant was notified of days prior! ( original reservation was 25). they were NOT prepared for serve 15 guests with an EMPTY restaurant. we were given water and drinks and then had to ask the manager when would we be given the prefixed menu. we then received appetizers after 1 hour . and had to ask for plates. we arrived at 1pm, by 330 the entrees came out. french toast as hard as a rock with one side cooked with batter. burger bread hard as hell, cheese was burnt on the burgers. manager clueless telling me the food is coming. i requested immediate refund.
