Lousy service, the most disrespectful people on the planet. I ordered a cake 1 week early, wasn't ready for pick up. I ordered a guava cake they gave me pineapple. The place was unclean. Didn't apologize for nothing. . Health department should pay them a visit.

If i could give 0 stars as a review believe i would do it, second time i get my cake literally melted and destroyed!!! How you run a cake place with this kind of issues and not only that its been a $750.00 and now a $200.00 dollar cake and this is what am getting i understand things happen but this things cant be happening to me all the time. I wont be coming back to this place for cakes and I am a recurring costumer but no more. Imagine me going to a special sweet 15 for my goddaughter and give her all this messed up cake on her special day smh! This place is nothing but a disappointment!!

The only thing I’ve tried at this place is their tres leche (three milk) cakes and I’ve been in love with them ever since!! Perfect amount of sweetness, affordable ($5 for a big slice), and moist. The only con I’ve ever had is the fruit tres leches, like the strawberry, can get a bit old quickly but that’s natural with natural cakes like this.
10/10 will eat again - and I always do!

Very helpful and attentive, at first I requested a hk cake shape of the cartoon figure only. She said they don’t make that but can attempt a different way which came out beautiful. It was delicious everyone enjoyed it ??

I went to order a cake for my son's first birthday because I came here and I liked their cakes. But I ordered a cake and IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED IT. Whoever made these cakes needs to go back and educate themselves on their job as a cake decorator. I know that a pie is not based on people how wide a pie comes out. I took it high. If they are because of the number of people I had, just put a smaller cake tray with more layers. Whoever ordered this cake Learn more. If you want a cake with a complicated decoration don't come here. Iva's Sweet Parlor is better.
