I work for Grubhub and had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 6:54 for a pickup scheduled at 6:59, but I ended up waiting until 7:20 for my order. When I got there, the employee told me to wait five minutes, but it was clear they had just started preparing the food after I arrived. There were four employees present, but only one was actually working while the others stood around doing nothing. Overall, the service was slow and unorganized. Disappointing experience!

The only reason why i didn’t cancel that order was because my grubhub account rating would go down and i don’t want that because of your bad service and When the restaurant receives the order, they can select an estimated preparation time on the tablet. If you knew it would take longer than 20-25 minutes idk why would u choose less time.

Food is very delicious. One star taken off for long wait times. If placing order for pickup, be prepared to wait an additional 30-40 minutes on top of the time they tell you.

A while ago I ordered Chakafi, the smell was terrible, the taste was unpleasant, when I called and protested, they tried to justify that it turns out that the product is so well sold that it couldn't be old, instead of tasting it first and then giving an answer, I spilled it, otherwise I would have definitely brought it and tasted what they are selling, it's a shame, people, a shame 22 I don't understand what you charged me for
