The cake was gorgeous everyone kept asking where I got it from especially the people at the restaurant which I happily shared. The service was great it exceeded my expectations with reasonable pricing. For sure made my birthday that more special as it was a cake I was eyeing for quite some time. The taste was great and moist more than likely those that said it was dry didn’t store properly or left it out too long as it was moist not overly sweet but tasted good which is exactly what I wanted as it was red velvet and dulce de leche

Been coming here for years! Owner is very nice and professional. I've never had a bad experience here. Always exceeds my expectations when ordering cakes. Love it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The funfetti cake was beautiful and exactly what we envisioned! Not only was it exactly how we wanted it to look but it was absolutely delicious! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was and every guest went back for seconds and even thirds! This was honestly one of the most delicious cakes I ever ate! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious cake!

Sometimes you think they are good cakes, but they are not really.

They have good designs, good ideas, very nice examples, but nothing like the taste. My aunt bought a cake for a burthday and none of my family members liked it. We will never buy there again.

They need a lot of experience to achieve a delicious flavor like real Dominican cake

Avoid this place at all cost.

They have horrible customer services, their bakery are old, food is not fresh and when you want to make a comment about it they refuse to hear your feedbacks. They don’t exchange anything neither give you refund so keep that in mind. They are very money hungry.

I will not come here and I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Horrible customer service, old cakes, old food, no refund or exchange. Please, please avoid. You will thanks me later!

Guys, do not buy cakes here. Avoid at all cost!

They sold me a “tres leches” old cake with fresh toppings. I couldn’t eat and no one in my house could. I had a little piece and left the whole cake to call next morning and report the old cake.

Next morning, I called and I asked to speak to the owner. He refused saying that the cake was not old and I insisted it was so I decided to take it to the store. They cut the cake and each have a piece while the owner left. The lady told me that the cake was fresh and that she was eating it fine. She told me “ I remembered you from yesterday, and I sold you the cake, and I know is fresh because on each cake, I put dates on it, and each cake are made fresh daily”. My question is, if the cakes are “fresh, made daily” why you need to put the dates on the cakes?

She refuse to give me a refund or exchange the cake, so I left without the cake, an exchange or refund. I didn’t feel like arguing and they should take ownership for selling an old cake and just keep customer happy by refunding or exchanging it. By doing that, you gain, you gain a customer, customer loyalty. Take the fault and move own. Avoid avoid. Got food poisoning after that. Avoid avoid avoid.

I got my cake here for my birthday and not only was it beautifully crafted, but extremely delicious! I took the drive all the way from The Bronx, but it was worth it and i definitely won’t mind doing it again for my next event. Thanks for the amazing customer service, attentiveness and of course the fine detailing! They’ve gained a customer for life.
